HOUSTON ML. Houston won all their games last season at home. Let's give credit to Brooks, playing like an allstar, I predicted this guy would lead his team in scoring. LA not the same without Gasol.
TORONTO -8. Detroit is a jump shooting team, they won't shoot it well tonight, and Toronto will light them up, winning by 20.
MEMPHIS +6. Memphis always beat the Warriors, they will continue that tonight. Gasol and Randolph will be too much.
8-15 RECORD
New Orleans at Boston. With the pick up of Rasheed and a full strength KG back, the Celtics remind me of when they got the big 3 for the first time, they went on an insane streak to start the season ATS. I was wrong about these Celtics, but they are looking like the best team in the NBA at the moment. The Hornets are struggling with West starting the season slow and honestly they are really lacking a true 3rd option to score the ball on offense. Look for Boston to continue shooting the ball red hot, they should put up 110 without any problems. BOSTON -11
Chicago at Miami. Jermaine O'neal looks like he's close to his allstar form to start the season. It seems the linemakers are not giving the Heat much respect to start the season. It makes sense for them to be -4.5 since they were home giving up 5 to the Knicks. The Bulls got destroyed last game at Boston, and they will show up tonight after that effort. I would lean Miami, but I think the OVER would be a stronger play here. The Heat will score over 100 easily, and since I expect the Bulls to come to play, they should score close to the mid 90s. OVER 193
Portland at Oklahoma City. The Thunder are the up and coming team at home with something to prove. Portland comes into a tough situation tonight. After playing well last night and losing, it'll be tough for Portland to play well, other than Brandon Roy, I don't expect much else from the others. This game will be big for the Thunder to prove they are going to contend for a playoff spot this season. I believe that this team will make the playoffs this season. OKLAHOMA CITY +2
Minnesota at Phoenix. In this game the total seems a little too high, about 7 points to high. I don't think the Wolves have enough outside shooting to score 100 on the Suns. They will probably be around the mid 90s. The Wolves are not as bad defensively as the Warriors and won't give up 220 to the Suns. Phoenix's balance on offense and outside shooting will be too much for the Wolves, I expect the Suns to score around 110. UNDER 217
Atlanta at Los Angeles Lakers. This line is just begging for all the money to come in on the Lakers. I've always thought that Bynum is a black hole on offense, he never passes. Without Gasol, the movement gets ugly at times. The Hawks are deeper this year, and will bring their best game against the defending champs. Horford will be an allstar this year, and Josh Smith is playing like his stat stuffing self again. With the Lakers struggles, this game should easily go under. ATLANTA +6 AND UNDER 194
Will lock in my plays tomorrow. Goodluck
Went 4-1 last night with OVERS in New York, San Antonio. Houston and Washington. Losing Clippers.
Season 7-10
This kid is the real deal, with his success, going over to Europe may be the new trend for top Hoops phenoms here in America. I predict soon kids will be going over at the age of 16 to get paid and learn the game. Jennings is a superstar, he will carry this team to wins with his will and play. He had a 5 mins stretch in that Detroit game last night that I haven't seen in a long time.
Got 5 strong plays tonight...Goodluck all
New Jersey Nets at Washington Wizards. If the Wizs hope to be a true playoff contending team they must take care of business tonight. No one has been really stepping up for the Nets during the cruical stages of the 4th quarter in games so far this season. The Wizards were beat up by a more physical team last night, and at home, Arenas should play a lot better. I expect Washington to win by atleast 10 points here. They should score around the low 100s, with the Nets somewhere around the low 90s. WASHINGTON -7.5
Charlotte Bobcats at Cleveland Cavaliers. This is a tough play with the line being so high. The Bobcats played at two best teams in the Eastern Conference and didn't give up over 100 points. In fact, last season the Bobcats rarely surrender over 100 points in the 2nd games of their back to backs. I don't see the Cavs getting beyond 100 tonight. The Bobcats have also been struggling on offense as well, they will probably struggle to get into the mid 80s. This total has gotten so low, it may be tough to play.
Philadelphia 76ers at New York Knicks. The Knicks make it home, and back to their entertaining sytle of ball. Philly comes in after beating the Bucks at home, and they will not play defense tonight, expect this one to be an up and down game. This total is pretty low to me, I think it should be around 210. I'm not worried about the Knicks playing a double overtime game last night, they are professional athletes, and will be ready for their home opener. I wouldn't be surprised to see the Knicks pull this one off tonight. PHI/NYK OVER 205.5
Portland at Houston Rockets. The Rockets may be the hottest pick tonight. This line seems a little off, and maybe the wrong team favorite here. The Rockets were a playoff team, and they played the Trailblazers tough in their recent meeting to open the season. They should be in it and with a chance to win till the very end of the game. HOUSTON +3
Sacramento at San Antonio. The moment I looked at this total, it seemed a little to high to me at 199. After carefully looking at the matchups, The Kings are an uptempo team no doubt, Martin and Evans will push the pace looking for easy shots. The difference in this game will come down to the Spur's very deep bench coming on and scoring at will. I don't see how the Kings can match the firepower this team has off the bench. I see the Spurs scoring around 110 and the Kings in the low 90s. OVER 199
Dallas at LA Clippers. Baron Davis has been playing great to start the season, with his history against the Mavs, the Clippers may be dangerous here tonight. Kaman has been starting the season off in All-star form(YES ALL-STAR). Gordon has improved and brought consistent scoring from the SG position. The Clippers will be hungry tonight and dangerous.CLIPPERS +4
POSTED RECORD 3-9
LOST Pacers and Under in the Knicks game needed 2OT to go over.
Won MIL/PHI Under
Miami at Indy. I like the Pacers here at home, they are a playoff contending team this season, and should start the season off right at home cover the 2 points easily.
INDY -2
Milwaukee at Philly. The bucks are going be a defensive minded team this season. The 76ers play better defense at home. This total seems a little to high to me.
Mil/Phi UNDER 195
NY Knicks at Charlotte. I like the under here, if the Knicks couldn't score 100 on Miami, they won't put up 100 on the Bobcats at home, who are a tougher defensive team. They are also struggling on offense which leads me to like the Under in this game.
Nyk/Cha UNDER 195.5
Currently posted record is 2-7. Feeling good about going 3-0 tonight, and gettin that record back up. Goodluck all!!!
