I really like this play, have not posted since my Play of the Year Win...
This isn't a play of the year, but it's definitely a strong play.
Cincy has been playing great ball, and Louisville has gone the other way. The Ville has not looked the same since that loss to UCF, it's like their confidence got taken away. They just don't look the same, maybe it's because they are playing better competition. The Ville has always had a problem winning in Cincy, and I don't see anything changing tonite.
Cincy +3.5 (Full Game)
Been waiting to fade these boys since their hot streak started. And this is the spot
We have the
surprising Baylor Bears sitting at a Big 9-0 on the season Demolishing
everything in their path. QB for the Bears Bryce Petty is lighting up
that scoreboard this year. And Baylor is playing solid defense as well,
getting the job done so the offense can get the ball back and put more
points on the board. Baylor is dealing with some injuries on the
offensive side of the ball, that we need to take a look at. They have 2
running backs that are banged up, some wide receivers that are banged
up, they have an offensive lineman and linebacker all coming into this
contest with injuries. But Baylor is Baylor i'm sure will compensate
for these injuries.
Now Oklahoma state comes into this contest red
hot as well, boasting a 9-1 record, with QB Clint Chelf at the Helm.
The Cowboys are solid with the run game and the passing attack, keeping
defenses guessing at what might come next. The Cowboys are coming off a
nice win against the Texas Longhorns last week, and you can bet that
they dialed it down some in the 2nd half when the game was in hand to
get a little rest and come in healthy as possible for the big game
against Baylor. Oklahoma State also boasts just as solid a defense as
Baylor, stopping foes in their tracks. Oklahoma State will be ready for
Game Notes: Not gonna lie, i've been waiting on a spot
to fade Baylor all year. And this is the game that I shall be fading
the darlings of college football this year. Oklahoma State at home,
with that crowd amp'd and ready to take down Baylor I like it. I also
like the dual threat that Clint Shelf is at QB, will keep Baylors
defense on their heels. Shelf can throw it and run it, very balanced
with the attack. Baylor has had a cake walk this season with their
schedule and how weak a lot of the teams in the Big 12 are. Even
getting Oklahoma at home, and Oklahoma to me is down and they have a
horrible QB. Oklahoma State is no cup cake, and it will be on tomorrow
night in Stillwater.
Crazy Game Stat: Baylor has not won at Oklahoma State in Stillwater since 1939, Wow!!! Awesome stat...
College Football Play of The Year: Oklahoma State +8.5
Sprinkle a little on the ML too for a little extra money and go buy yourself something nice :)
Send The Kids To College on this one
Baylor has to get the nod here, as they are just a bad match up for the Cougars. And guard play, especially point guard play dominates post season. Pierre Jackson running the show for the Baylor Bears will have his team right where they need to be from the start to get this win. Senior guard leadership means a lot, and Baylor has it. Added with the athleticism and size on the inside to get those critical rebounds that you need to punish an opponent. BYU shoots too many 3's for my liking and I think they build a mountain of bricks tonite in Madison Square Garden.
Baylor -3 is a good bet, but I like Baylor ML just a little big better. I'll pay the extra juice to get a SU win from the Bears in this one.
Baylor ML is my play
Man the teams in their bracket in the first few rounds are weak as fuck.
Notre Dame? San Diego St? Colorado? Xavier?
Why not put Wichita State in their damn bracket? Or some tough mid major? The last time Duke won the championship it was because the whole tourney they never had to play anybody. Then they ended up beating Butler in the title game. That's bullshit, it's the same with them every year.
