Okay well first off the NBA season opens tonight, the Thunder open tommorrow night at home ( which should really be a crazy atmosphere). Anyways i know the Thunder are picked to be one of the worst teams this year and thats fine its a first year new team building year. So i made a fun wager on picking the Thunders season wins over 25.5. Last year they finished with 31 wins and now in this new environment i think they should at least match that total. It will be fun watching the new team and tracking there progress throughout the year and seeing if they can get to 26 wins or not. It would be really nice to get game 1 against the Bucks under our belt.Goodluck to all on this new NBA season!
Well after careful deliberation on making a pick today mainly focusing on this survivor contest, as i am up to 7 right now which is damn good for me, my personal best is 9. Anyways back to the pick all 7 games have been away teams so i kinda wanted to stick with that trend. How cool would that be if it worked out, to pick 21 MLB winners in a row but none the less all away teams?? Anyways i decided just now to take the hometeam Mets over the Rockies so hopefully it pans out. Reasoning on picking the Mets. Colorado is tied for 2nd worst in all of baseball for wins away from home. Perez's last 2 starts have been solid, 1 ER in 2 games. Cook allowed 7er in his last start against the Marlins. Also i trust Met's bullpen over the rocks. Well thats it. Hopefully its golden.
