At fist look I could not belive that Akron was the Dog in this one. Akron is clearly having the better season and is the better team. Why would Vegas be giving Akron 5.5pts?...Lets look int to this for a minute. This game will pretty much determine who gets the 3rd seed in the MAC tourny, it right now it belongs to Akron but Miami Ohio could take that 3rd seed tonight with a victory at home vs Akron. Akron had a double digit win their last meeting but that was in Akron and with their star player Jerimihah Wood. Akrons Wood will miss tonights game but Akron is deep enough to keep this game competitive. Akron has not won at the Red Hawks home court in 6 years. With everything that is at stake I think both teams play extremely well and the winner will be whoever makes the last bucket. Take Akron and the points!!
