We all know that Detroit is on their way to get a first round draft choice but with getting 17 against an Indy team that quite frankly isn't exactly steamrolling teams this year, why do I feel compelled to take Detroit and the points?
Manning is finding ways to win but the difference is 2 touchdowns and a fieldgoal with a Detroit team that was actually keeping pace last week...
I'm just trying to find a reason not to take Detroit. Can anyone talk some sense into me?
Last night I took the Saints and the over in a parlay and basically went into the negative last night (not a way to start the week) So I was looking to see what was going to pull me out and get me on the other side. Low and behold there was lil' ol' Troy and Florida Atlantic.
Doing some homework I took Troy giving 3.5. The problem with that was that I had to actually watch the game...
Good lord, talk about feeling bad about collecting on a game like that. I can assure you that there were ESPN commentators drawing straws to see who would have to work this game.
BUT I did get positive again and I look forward to seeing some of my favorite posters on here and their suggestions.
