Will there be a special teams/defensive TD?
Yes +150 (bet365)
I took this prop for the Bears vs NO game and was rewarded on the very first kickoff when Daniel Manning went to the house.
Why Green Bay delivers...
Green Bay currently has 3 (Tramon Williams, Nick Collins and Charles Woodsen) tied for 2nd placein the NFL for interceptions this season (5). Combined the 3 have picked 15 and have returned 5 of the 15 for TD's. Mix in the recent interception troubles Orton has had and we could ride a pick 6 to the bank.
Why Chicago delivers...
Of all the positional players in the NFL who would have thought that Devin Hester could be replaced? At the beginning of the season the answer would be no one, but as we all know now, the unthinkable has happened. Hester's replacement, Danieal Manning has returned 26 kickoffs, with 20 of those going for over 20+ yards. Only one of those he has taken to the house but after last weeks performance how can we not expect a little flash from this rising star on the big stage.
Definitely not a for sure bet, but the +150 is attractive and with a little luck we could have money in our pockets by half time. Good luck to all.
Hello all, first post with picks so far, so here we go...
San Jose @ Phoenix
San Jose travels to Phoenix tonite to battle the Yotes after a somewhat lucky win against Dallas last night (see Manny Turco playing puck). Looks like Boucher (3-0-0) will get the start again in the pipes, which has been a good thing for San Jose as he just had his 147 minutes shutout streak snapped last night. Look for Phoenix to get out to a quick start against the Sharks tonite and if the Yotes can withstand a second period push from the Sharks, then I like the Coyotes to take this one.
Pick: Phoenix (One Unit)
Edmonton @ New Jersey
Edmonton rolls into New Jersey looking to end their 6 game road trip (2-3-0) at the .500 mark. Edmonton has been putting the puck in the net lately, scoring 16 goals in their past 4 games, but unfortunately have been unable to keep it out of their net as well. New Jersey comes home after suffering a 3-1 loss to the defending Stanley Cup champions last night in Detroit. The Devils also lost Gionta and Salvador to undisclosed injuries last night and their playing status for tonite at this time is uncertain. Look for the Oil to close this trip on a winning note.
Pick: Edmonton (One Unit)
