I remember people saying that Cal having to travel all the way across the country to play MD last year had a huge impact on Cal's performance in that game last year.
- Does anyone know if that is true and why?
- How does the opposite effect MD playing a 10 pm (est) game that can run well into the middle of the night for MD players who are used to east coast time?
BTW, a lil story: I remember, making a post on wagerline here last year. I was extremely vehement about how a 12:30 pm (est) game would impact the Hawaii players going into the Florida game. My ex-Ball State linebacker buddy told me that the players needed to be in the hotel lobby and ready to get on the buses to go the stadium at least five hours before the game. That would have made it like a 2:00 am (hawaii time) wake up call for them islanders. And you know those islanders love gettin their sleep on. So I laid just on that fact alone, knowing that they would be entirely exhausted for that game. I think I took Florida -35.5 and as you well know, they lambasted Hawaii.
Anyways, would like to hear your thoughts and feedback about how this will impact MD going into Cal.
Thanks.

to find out when the lines were coming out. I guess calling into the Sports Book is against Nevada State law.
So they transferred me into the sports book "office" or something. Some dude picks up and I ask him "when the lines were coming out"? He didn't really seem to know but guessed about two weeks before the games.
As you can tell, I have been doing so much research that I am craving for the lines like a crack addict craves for a rock (I know, bad analogy - I don't smoke crack, I really don't...)
Anyways, whoever posted that the lines come out on next MOnday, 8/10, I hope is correct. I'm dyin ovaheer...
