Hello everyone,
I've created this post on a slow day because I am new to sports betting and would like to get into the game. My favorite team is Uconn and I thoroughly enjoy watching Big East basketball which I believe is the best conference in college basketball. While there are not many games today I'd like to get useful information out of any cappers on here about the Big East and Big East teams as when I eventually start to wager I will be focusing mainly on the Big East. Please post anything you think might be useful about any Big East team. I'll start.
Uconn - has not lost a 1st half ML bet all year. Boatright is a very good player and has been huge since coming off of suspension averaging 16 ppg, 2.7 rpg, 4 apg and 3.0 asst/t.o ratio. He is going to be very important when entering big east play. He's shooting over 50% from the field and from 3 thus far and 80% from the FT line. With Lamb, Napier and Boatright playing at a high level I believe Uconn will do very well this year in the Big East.
Most overrated team right now in my opinion : Pitt. Has played a relatively easy schedule and has not looked convincing in many of their wins. And lost to LBSU. I believe they struggle greatly in the BE conference play.
Most underrated team right now in my opinion : Georgetown. I know they are ranked 17 but I believe this is a top 3 team in the BE this year. They've played and beaten Memphis and Alabama and lost by only 4 to Kansas this year. I look for them to be strong this year.
Would love to get a long discussion with opinions and statistics about the Big east. Any input would be great. Thanks!
