Like my previous blog said, a team rarely wins all 4Q of a game.
With
that said, the team who usually loses the first two quarters, wins
the 3rd quarter. They come out more inspiring, like it's a new game.
That does not mean they win the 4thQ though. This works very well, when the home team loses the first two quarters.
If a team loses all
three quarters, they will most likely win the 4th quarter. By then, the
opposing teams have put up a double digit lead, and are playing their
scrubs, or playing conservative, and the losing team will have an
opportunity to win the 4th, or even win a backdoor cover.
These
are just trends, you must take into account, the situation, and the
teams themselves. If a team loses both starting point-guard, chances
are, they might lose all four quarters.
A team rarely wins all 4Q of a game. The Lakers are the only team I've
seen, who have done it more often than anyone else. So far, they have
outscored their two opponents in every quarter, this year. I think
they will continue the trend this year.
