Greetings Fellas,
I recently graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelors degree in Sport Management. I decided this year that this is not the field for me. The reason for this is that there is simply no money. I mean if I want to spend 10 years washing athletes jockstraps, then maybe I will be promoted to something that pays $40k per year. Thats it. I'm looking to get a job somewhere else, really anywhere that I can get my feet in the door and be given the opportunity to work my way up to a high salary by the time I am 28ish. Does anybody have any sugguestions as to how you can just get a start in the working world? I don't know anybody who can hook me up with a sick job, and my dad is pretty much a deadbeat who I do not aspire to be like at all. The clear way to succeed in today's world is to know somebody, but without that luxury, what is the best way to get a good start in the real world? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds!
