"I have seen the enemy and it is US!"
Are we not our own worst enemy?
Deep down we all know that by being patient and able to settle on one juicy pick per day and/or per week we can likely manage our money and build a way to winning while gambling on sporting events. In other words...Its probably better to wait for the big pay day than to imagine it might happen daily
Even though you might try to hold to this proces of patience and money management - you - like me tend to get bored. Remember winning is not boring. I have to confess that like most if not all gamblers I am also guilty of over playing the board and saying farewell to a nice chunk of my bank roll from time to time. You know the feeling by now.. sometimes the board looks soo juicy and you just drift into a pantload of action even though I know it will eventually burn my bankroll down I expose myself to the crash.
Maybe?
We can self discipline ourselves by creating an ACTION account and a PATIENCE account. Sort of like putting the governor on a diesel engine...You wait for the Gems and paly them on the Patience account while the Action account is used to solve our craving for constant action.
Any successful gambler with their bag of magic tricks and developed set of discipline for maintaining patience can tell you this gig is a marathon not a sprint.
Thanks for paying attention.
