First things first. I'd like to wish everyone here good luck in this upcoming basketball season.
I think the cappers in this basketball forum do a great job of handicapping compared to the other sports.

We all wanna make money, so let's keep this clean and not blame others if someone steers us off a winner or loser. We are not all perfect. There are some very good handicappers here like Oddsbuster,Double up for life, Big East Expert Puck U and not to mention many more. Use the information on covers to your advantage and let's make some money. There is nothing better than sharing information.

I feel that this number is a little low here to what i believe that this 2009-10 version of the Houston Rockets will be a little more up tempo and less emphasis on defense. They showed me this in pre-season averaging 102 points in 8 games. Their line up is small this year and they do not have a  true center. They will be experimenting with Scola at the center position and Battier is the only one this team that can play some defense.  On the other side of the court Portland is so deep that i think this team might have the best bench in the league. My only concern is that Andre Miller brings out the ball a little too slow. If the rockets can get to 90 points, which i think they will. Then this game will go way OVER the total.
