A short price here. This is a bad Charlotte team going up against a very good defensive team in the Bucks.
Milwaukee will start the season with a healthy line up. I love the starting 5 along with addition of Jackson. Excellent backcourt with a good front line. Jennings looked good in Milwaukee's first 2 pre season games.This is an underlay at -3. The Bucks win big.

3 Games in 3 Nights ( Wagering strategies )

How should we approach this unfamiliar scenario ! When teams play their 3rd game in  3 consecutive nights ??

There will be 42 betting opportunities this season starting with the Lakers when teams will be playing BACK TO BACK TO BACK.

The 50 game  shortened season of 1999 is the only time when the NBA deferred to this sort of schedule. I don't have any point spread data from that  season to see if any kind of betting pattern developed on a specific teams 3rd game in 3 nights.

A practical betting strategy would probably be to fade the team playing B2B2B or even lean towards the Under when two teams are involved in this scenario. I'd be very cautious blindly betting this because the odds makers will adjust accordingly. There will also be a few 9 games in 12 night situations and this has never happened in the NBA. Not even in 1999. Something to pay attention to.

I would lean towards fading some of the older line ups like the Celtics and the Spurs. I'd also be looking to fade a a team that's playing a B2B2B on the ROAD in comparison to playing at Home. Perhaps betting against a DD favorite covering the first two games and also being installed as a DD chalk for game 3.
I think the most important thing to keep in mind is that the play will be sloppy due to fatigue. Coaches will be going to the bench a lot more on a B2B2B and you have to able to identify which teams have stronger back ups.

 This game would of been a virtual Pick Em or BC a small favorite on neutral site, with that being said I'm actually glad the game is being played in BC which makes me more than happy to take the 7 points  here. The BlueBombers are the only team in the East with a winning SU road record so playing away from home with all the marbles on the line should not be a problem. They also own the Best ATS record this year and their ability to dominate games defensively is about as impressive as I've ever seen in the last 30 years watching CFL games. They dominated the CFL's defensive category rankings finishing first in almost every one. They led the league in Fewest Yards,sacks, passing yards allowed and interceptions. The Bombers also forced a league high 54 turnovers. Why do i think this is important ? If you consider that Hamilton scored 40 plus points in the Eastern Division semi final and then went into Winnipeg the following week off such a high  and were held to 3 points in 4 quarters. Well this is quite remarkable and it shows me that the defense will dominate this game.

The Stamps have been the best road team in the CFL this season going 6-3 SU. I'll gladly the 2.5 points here . Drew Tate is 3-0 as a starter and has been impressive in all 3 games. Huge edge on the sidelines as well for Calgary as Hufnagel takes on rookie head coach Kavis Reed.
You might wanna tease this one up with Montreal. CAL +8.5 and MON Pick looks like a wining ticket to me.

This line opened as a two touchdown chalk early in the week and has been bet up all the way to 16. I wouldn't be surprised if it climbs to 17 by game time. The Blazers are 0-6 SU but a modest 4-2 ATS covering 4 straight games. On a positive note the odds makers have been generous giving them plenty of points.  They actually lead 3-0 at the Half vs Miss St before crumbling in the second half but still hanging on for the cover losing 21-3. I'm not gonna give UAB too many props because simply are a bad team on both sides of the ball.
The question is----Should Central Florida be a 16 pt favorite ??
UCF is 0-3 SU and ATS away from home including a 17-10 loss at Florida International as a -6.5 point favorite. Not sure why this line is 16. FIU  isn't 10 points better than UAB on neutral ground.

I'm not in action tonight but I just wanted to share my thoughts on Game 3. This line has been bet up all the way to a somewhat stunning -5.  Anyone's who's  been remotely following this league will probably be on the Lynx tonight.
I wouldn't be able to talk anyone off betting Minnesota at this price. I think the value is just to difficult to pass up.
So why ain't i betting the Lynx ?? Cause i think the Dream will win game 3. There's no way that I'm willing to lay -5 and the ML is just to steep . Any Dream backers might wanna consider betting the Dream in the First Half. Atlanta has outscored Minnesota 97-86 in the First Half of both games ON THE ROAD AND NOW THEY GET THEM AT HOME.
Anyone with Lynx series or championship future wagers might want to hedge a little here. You might be able to cash your series ticket and side ticket. Why i recommend this is because if Atlanta wins Game 3  there's no chance that we'll see a ( MIN +5 ) again. It's gonna be more like 2 or 2.5 in GAME 4.
