it was just a matter of time...

Steves comments almost sound... Resentful...
'Given the circumstances of the past 18 months working through Tiger's scandal, a new coach and with it a major swing change and Tiger battling through injuries, I am very disappointed to end our very successful partnership at this time'
Could he not have chose a better word then 'Scandal'..?? Like maybe 'Personal problems' or 'Personal issues'... I dunno and it seems like he's blaming the injuries and swing change.. It just feels like this statement is a 'shot' back at Tiger..
It is all off the course issues. Woods can take whatever twist on it he wants, it isn't for Williams not doing his job. Maybe his wording wasn't right, but Williams was spot on. He stood by Tiger through thick and thin. He made alot of cash so I don't feel sorry for him at all, but doubt Tiger will give a legitimate reason for the firing. His fresh start keeps getting more sour as time passes.
You know it comes down to a lose-lose too which is really a shame. In all honesty both will survive just fine without the other. Stevie's talents are well documented and he will and is appreciated by many of the top players,Adam Scott is damn lucky things worked out the way they did he is the only one that really comes out on top.
For Tiger, it's just another sad commentary on the clean out process it can't not be easy for him to watch his best buddy slug a sack for one of the other top players. Worrying about what secrets Stevie may be sharing and if he will have the same dedication to Tiger when and if he comes back and even though Tiger could pay Stevie a flat salary that would be as much as he may make in % off other players winnings its really not the money it comes down to a loss in faith. Tiger's faith in Stevie's loyality and Stevie's faith in Tiger's ability to continue playing at a high enough level. Both guys come out hurt in this and after so many years it is a shame BUT Thats life, We will get over it, they will get over it.Time to move on..as they both will.
Wow I'm surprised how little you guys know about what a caddy really does if you know a looper on the PGA tour then you should know.. if you ever played competitive golf you should know... there is much much more to it. No one is more important to a golfer than the man that walks next to him with his bag you are right he never hits a shot and you are also right that they get paid extremely well but the job requires alot more than raking traps and slugging the sack.Stevie has always had Tiger's back and Tiger knows it.
Ask Adam Scott what he think of Stevie's abilities and I'm sure you would hear this one phrase , Stevie is without question the best caddy on tour with one possible exception bones..Fluff was good in his day but that day has long since passed and not many young caddies coming up can boast the eyes that Stevie has proven over the years.
Stevie has banked and invested much of his money in the time he has been with Tiger and if he only made 200,000k a year untill he quits looping he would survive just fine..he will probally cut back on buying racecars now but thats about it.
You guys turning this around on Stevie is laughable, but then again what do you expect aymore with the Fraud apologists. He is a caddie, A CADDIE cmon with your He belongs to Tiger BS, they are supposedly so tight, with all the fake tears and hugs over the years on the made for tv drama. The guy wants to work, and was helping out Scott, are they both from Austrailia? He asked the Fraud and but instead of being a man, Fraud has no heart or soul as you can tell, to say no to Stevie, instead the pussy he is, let's him then fires him with zero personal contact. Amazes me how people still line up to kiss his feet.
Do you know Shaq personally? How about Big Papi??
