More attention is being paid to the individual battle Inglis vs Lockyer than the whole Storm v Broncos semifinal. I believe that's because either of these two superstars can have the final say in the outcome of this game. Inglis is amazing and his attacking ability is second to none. He's scored 16 tries in 19 games so far. Lockyer is older but also such a class player, and he showed his brilliance in the State of Origin game. Inglis is faster and can manufacture a break any time. Lockyer is smarter and plays with a vision and manufactures tries at will.
 
So what's the play here?! Alot depends on the two players above, but I believe it'll take alot more than just two players to decide the outcome of this game. I don't think I've got alzheimers, but when is the last time that Storm lost two in a row? Melbourne reminds me of the Bruce Willis series, '.... with a vengeance' everytime they have a loss! It does not matter where this game is being played, Melbourne Storm will book a date in Sydney next Sunday for the preliminary final.

the other semi NZ. v Sydney. I think this road trip will be a really tough one for the Rosters. Can the warriors back up their amazing preformance last week? Not sure really. But I will take my chances with the OVER here. Many are thinking, it's finals time and there's no tries. I think we should see more than a handful but a small play however, as I really don't care about either team here.

jenik not sure where you are mate and what books you're using. That's the official total. However, most books here in Oz are giving a few options on that total. Some are offering 32, others 34 others 38 and another one at 40. Obviously depending on the total you choose, the juice varies too. I took OVER 34.5 at $1.78! Best of luck everyone. Should be a fun game this one, even if it's NZ

By the way, Ceske Budjeovice is one of my favourite places I've been too, jenik. (i just saw your ostrava FC emblem) Loved the whole place there (i.e Brno, Ceske, praha and even most of the slovakia part too!) Beautiful people, beautiful culture!

indrep, maths isn't my forte, but here we go: 30+13=43. The total was set at 34. Then 43-34=9. I guess it flew over by 9pts. So, NO I don't think it's an under. Not sure what books you use, but If a game goes over by a "only" 9pts, my book calls it an over still .   

Hopefully we hit the Perfect Storm this evening. But caution don't take it by more than a converted try! i.e. -6 or above. I expect Melbourne to win by 5-6, hopefully.

For college football this week pay attention to Kent as a dog over ULLafayette. Major size advantage for the Kent O-line. Nice scrambling QB in Edelman. ULL is overrated this week because of playing Illinois close. Believe me, ULL is not that good. I'm playing the dog Kent on the ML.

me thinks this is gunna be a tough slog, the broncos want to smash up reporters and will take all their frustrations out on the storm

reckon this will be one hella match, gunna have small play on the draw at end of reg play

yeah two streaks and trends remained just as strong as ever: Broncos atrocious home record! Storm bouncing furiously back after a loss. 

But again, neither of those two makes up for this

Inglis is the most overated player in the comp,how can he be rated the best when he is so inconsistent,brilliant one day useless the next
