Monday Night Football, AUSSIE'S Pick

23W-15L YTD
Has the MNF Under draught been broken yet?! Well you wouldn't think so when the MNF Over sits so pretty at 8-0-1 this NFL season!!!!!! Therefore, would I be way too stupid to take a stab at the Under here???? Or is it more like a sucidial case, where one is stabbing his own self by taking this Under?!
Whatever the case, all i know is that Tennessee boast the stingiest defense, allowing just 66 points during their last six games, and they rank third in the league in total defense, where they've given up just 268.5 yards per game (179 through the air and 89.5 on the ground).
I also find it quite interesting that over 84% of the bets taken so far have been on the under, yet the total hasn't budged at all. I don't think it'll move much either. ...  Sharp money has been on the under
Pick: UNDER 40.5 for a 2.5 Unit play
 Good luck

AUSSIE'S NFL SUNDAY THREESOME

1- San Diego @ Buffalo Did we all just witness the demise of the Bills? Yeah, that's my big question for week 7: To rephrase it, Did week 5 produce the first of the many more to come losses for the Buffalo Bills - or was that just a slight bump on a very smooth path for them??? I really don't have the answer to my question, but I thought the Cardinals really smoked the Bills that week, exploiting some real vulenerable defense, which had not been exposed prior to that ugly loss (during their 4-0 run, they only surrendered 15 pts PG, before being given a free clinic by Arizona's offense) Not good news at all for the Bills! The only positive is that they now play in front of a home crowd who've been 'football-fasting' for a couple of weeks, and who'll be real hungry now to cheer their beloved team home to a victory after a bye-week. Nevertheless, what worries me about the Chargers is that they come in to this encounter after a serious blow out win, and this is a perfect spot for a let down for them. Also adding to my concern is the fact that S. Diego isn't a very reliable team when they're tourists.... The good news for S.Diego however, is that they somehow know how to notch up a W when playing the Bills.  Quite a few ifs and buts about this game, and that's why I have decided to only make a half time play here. Personally, I believe SD is a better team with alot of momentum and shou... [More]

Monday Night Football, AUSSIE'S Pick

19W-11L Record... Before we get on with tonight's pick, let me get off my chest and say how sweet that blocked punt of Sean Morey felt!  Seriously, when was the last time you all experienced such sheer joy (if you had your hard earned on Arizona, that is) in an NFL game finish??? Wow, kudos to that Beisel-Morey last minute combo play Let's get to our play today now: LVSC put their heads down together and came up with a 42.5 total spread. The public put their heads down simultaneously and pounded the over, thinking that MNF on ESPN automatically warrants an over play, expecting another MNSF (monday night score fest) However, My 4 Unit question here is: Why is everyone so crazy about another MNSF? Is it simply because the couch potatoes at home want to see high scoring games on tele, or are they thinking these two teams have powerful offensive units?! Yeah I am aware that D.Anderson has been holding the fort somewhat, but who has he got on the receiving end tomorrow to throw to?! There are too many uncertainties, ifs and buts for the Browns. I'm not gonna' bother to cut paste numbers here from various nfl sites, but If you're a stat lover, they're definetely very unflattering for the home team. Just to add more woes to Cleveland, they're about to run into a brick solid Giants' defense. Burres said that he doesn't care much about what happens off the field, he's there to intercept the passes and get the jo... [More]

Dallas Cowboys @ Arizona, AUSSIE'S Pick

18W-11L Record ...  I really believe if you're a hard-core Dallas fan you should be concerned at the way they've performed so far. I know some of you are thinking, what kind of an idiot is this guy, critisising a team which has gone 4-1 in the first 5 games  but yeah that's the kind of "idiot" I am, drawing my conclusion after witnessing perhaps one of the most unconvincing 4-1 ratios I've ever seen! Also, keep in mind all you Cowboys supporters, that this is the league's hardest division, and if Dallas is to finish on top of the NFC East, they have to desperately raise the bar here.   The Cardinals' offense, lead by the ever exciting Kurt Warner, has really caught everyone's attention raking in some decent numbers that are definetly worth a look!  While we're talking about levels of expectation, the 'Zona Boys sit at the opposite side of the spectrum to that of Dallas.  Therefore they have been swinging freely, as no one expected them to be the major contenders in the West!  I guess we can all identify with the fact that it is much, much easier to perform when you're not under pressure. This has been the case with the Cardinals so far. Let me also add that I was quite astounded to see Dallas last week, give up 16 unanswered pts to Cincy before getting their butt into gear in the late stages of the game. I don't think they'll be able to afford such s... [More]

Lousiana Tech @ Boise St Broncos, Aussie's Pick

8W-5L Record... Gees, I dirtied myself on Tennis today breaking a sweet winning streak, but hey I am not going to win them all am I?! I'm actually thankful for a loss, because it keeps me humble and focused and not take things for granted in this business ...!   However, let's get to this pick cause this is where it's at today. Finally the book makers opened the total here after what it must have been a very long hard thinking and number crunching session. They had the spreads out but they couldn't decide on the total. In fact, there still are books that don't offer a total play on this game at this point. Some books opened the spread at 19 and the total at 53! Vegas opened this at 57.5 and although early action has been on the over, the number has still come down a point and a half. Centrebet has this at 56 at the moment. Broncos at home has become an ugly grave yard for most visiting teams, and the given spread suggest such expectation and trend to continue today. There's no doubt that Boise will be lighting up the scoreboard. I agree that L.Tech is improving every game, but I'm keeping in mind that the Bulldogs are allowing way way too many passing yards. Furthermore, they also seem to fall apart against highly ranked opponents. You just can't afford that kind of slackness against a high energy supercharged powerful offense like that of the Broncos. All trends b/w these two teams point toward... [More]

NFL Sunday, Aussie's Picks

Tampa @ Chicago. Very very rare that you'd see the Bears favoured here. This will be a grudge match and I believe points here will come at a premium. I don't believe Griese will get the red carpet rolled out for him either, as some sort of a "welcome back" party ...   As I commented in BB's 'total bias' column also, Vegas has set this intimidatingly low. The sensible thing to do, is to jump on the over as many have already done so. Nevertheless, as I mentioned before, this should be a very hard fought encounter with most of the action taking place in the centre... With question marks hanging over Hester too, who by the way is a dynamo, I strongly believe this should stay under the total..   Pick: UNDER 35.5 for 3.5 Unit play    Huston @ Tennessee. Well, here's a battle between two pathetic and overrated NFL outfits. Seriously, you'd be spewing if you're barracking for either of these two teams. Unconvincing as they've looked though, the Titans still are baosting a 2/0 Win/Loss record thus far, therefore they get my thumbs up here. The question is by how much will they win?! Both teams play a very tough defensive game style. Like I said, at home Tennessee will (should) get it done, but I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a score like 13-10. But I've been wrong several times before too . With a bit of extra luck though, we should see this baby stay under the set total too.   Pick: UNDER 39.5 for 3.5 Unit... [More]

Storm v Brisbane Broncos, Aussie's Pick

More attention is being paid to the individual battle Inglis vs Lockyer than the whole Storm v Broncos semifinal. I believe that's because either of these two superstars can have the final say in the outcome of this game. Inglis is amazing and his attacking ability is second to none. He's scored 16 tries in 19 games so far. Lockyer is older but also such a class player, and he showed his brilliance in the State of Origin game. Inglis is faster and can manufacture a break any time. Lockyer is smarter and plays with a vision and manufactures tries at will.   So what's the play here?! Alot depends on the two players above, but I believe it'll take alot more than just two players to decide the outcome of this game. I don't think I've got alzheimers, but when is the last time that Storm lost two in a row? Melbourne reminds me of the Bruce Willis series, '.... with a vengeance' everytime they have a loss! It does not matter where this game is being played, Melbourne Storm will book a date in Sydney next Sunday for the preliminary final. Pick: Melbourne Storm -4.5 AUSSIE ps. the other semi NZ. v Sydney. I think this road trip will be a really tough one for the Rosters. Can the warriors back up their amazing preformance last week? Not sure really. But I will take my chances with the OVER here. Many are thinking, it's finals time and there's no tries. I think we should see more than a handful but a small play however, as I rea... [More]

UCLA @ BYU, AUSSIE's Pick

4W-2L Record...   The public seems to be making a little too much of UCLA having lost 6 defensive substantial starters from last year. Also I believe they're reading just a little too much into the offensive power house of Brigham Y!   Having played twice already, these two teams know eachother's game inside out. Add to that some inside info which can be provided by both teams' cordinators, who incidentally have previously "done time" in eachother's camps, and there'll be no secrets left, and no surprises in this game at all   The line makers opened this game -9 and 44.5 total. The line has dropped to -7.5 for BYU and the total has climbed up to 47.5 now.  UCLA has lost 10 of the last 13 road trips, and I really think that they'll try to make amends here seeking to rescue their reputation as poor travellers. The Bruins defence is as solid as they come, and I believe this should give us a pretty hard fought encounter which neither team would want to screw up. Past trends point strongly to a low scoring affair. ... Pick: UNDER 47.5 for a 2.5Unit play Good luck to whoever plays this AUSSIE ps. lines and total according to tabonline.com.au

Kansas @ SOFLA Pick

I am fully aware that the Jayhawks have been running red hot during the past fortnight, but I really think they're about to hit a bit of a brick wall here and be "slightly" more tested than what they've encountered in the first couple of games of the season.   The coaching staff have been running the Jayhawks to the ground this week, and the team doesn't just look tired, but they sound exhausted too!! On the other hand, I think South Florida looks to be motivated to cause a minor upset here. It seems like they love performing in front of a big national audience too, as lucky for them, this game will be on national television as well.   The betting public loves a special talented unit like the Jayhawks, especially when the game is televised, and they've shown their love to Kansas via the books so far!! When Vegas first opened this line they had Grothe's crew  as 5 point favourites. However public love has made the line ease out to -2 now (most books have SoFla -2 at the moment) That is good enough for me to take. I suggest you do the same.   At Home the Bulls have a solid run, and in front of such a large national audience, South Florida should roll over Kansas no worries at all! Look out for Matt G. to improve his performance dramatically against Kansas this time around ...     Pick: South Florida -2 for a 3 Unit play   3W-2L Record...   Let's get the paper here boys  Cheers and best wishes... Uh-oh Ladies Tennis, What Else Is on Tele?!

Seriously, the above topic heading has been the conversation theme in our household when the Tennis is on. What's with the ladies side of the draw, I ask?! Or better what's with women's Tennis in general?! I hope I don't sound sexist, but truth be told, the women have sucked so far in the Open. In one of the biggest upsets in Tennis history, Ivanovic was shown the exit sign by the number 188 player in the world!! Not since the beginning of the Open era in 1968 has the Number 1 seed exited faster than she entered the tournament! Number 3 seed Kuznestova followed suit also, playing as though she was pulling a semitrailer behind her. Number 2 seed, Jankovic has been labouring in the first three rounds so far, clunking and rattling her way through worse than a reconstructed engine of a 1978 beat up Mitsubishi Sigma. You look at the men's side and it's been jaw dropping tennis and shot selection by them. Then you take a look at the girls and you find more stars in a rating of an Adam Sandler movie than in the ladies side of the draw.   We just saw the Djoker and Fedex slug it out for hours thrilling the Arthur Ashes' stands, with their five set - edge of your seat kinda' Tennis. For those of us who love Tennis, I would make the bold statement and say that those guys are worth every single cent they earn. I don't care if they make millions or billions, t... [More]

Troy - Middle Tennessee, AUSSIE'S Pick

Let's start College Football on the right foot fellas. May it be a prosperous year for everyone.
Now to our game - As far as Troy's concerned, nothing much or significant has taken place in their line up.  For them it's pretty much a new season for the same old crew. Middle Tenn have had a complete face lift, the only trouble with the face lifts is that the appearance always looks good but the old dying body inside is still the same, minus the wrinkles of course, which can be very deceptive to the outside observer!
The books are trying to sell to the outside observers this face lift makeover by making Mid.Tennessee only a 4.5 point dog! As for me, I don't buy it but there'll be plenty who will. I hope I am the one smiling at the end of this though . Eventhough Troy is travelling here, this will be a blow out in my opinion! Big play
Pick: TROY -4.5 for a 6Unit Play
Good luck and best wishes as always

Russia - USA, AUSSIE'S Pick

Theoretically, in my humble opinion this game should be easy to cap. The Russians are the most efficient team from beyond the arc - they throw bombs and  Boooooooom the bombs sink! USA should score every time the girls go to the basket, as they've done in their past 6 matches, at will, scoring nearly a hundred every time!  Thereupon, from that stand point, you'd think the OVER was a "lock".  However, it's easy to make bombs go Boooooooom when you play Mali, Spain or Brazil. Team USA is a whole different kettle of fish, and the ball becomes slightly too big for that "tiny" little hoop! When you're playing against the team lead by Lisa Leslie, threes don't seem to drop as easily as they do during the warm up session!!! We know the Americans will score, but can one woman Russian team push this over the total?? I highly doubt!  Watch for Russia trying to force their shots from beyond the 3 pt arc, again and again, but they'll turn to bricks most of the time. One last thing, I know Russia leads the pack in 3 pointers but they're committing turn overs as though they're going out of fashion! Two plays for me here  Pick: UNDER 156.5 2 Unit play           USA -24.5 1 Unit play  Enjoy the game and Good luck everyone AUSSIE  ... [More]

REDEEM time for the Australian Boomers! AUSSIE's Pick

After an apalling start the Aussies have suddenly found some pretty decent form, nailing the two Baltic superpowers of Europan ball, namely Russia (European Champs) and Lithuania (undefeated thus far in the tourney). After their disasterous first game loss, the country ripped the Milwaukee big Bucks' man to shreds for under-performing for Australia, but since then the Bogey man has struck some amazing form and even made it rain 3's in the Boomers last game.   There are a few plusses for the Underdogs as they have a crack at the Big Dogs tonight. Firstly, the Redeem Team has a major weakness from beyond the arc. You would not find Jason Capono, Steve Nash, Sasha, Kevin Martin or Stojakovic in this team.  Secondly, a team of amazing indivduals are always bound to let their supporters down and under-perform when playing for their nation. I have in mind my favourite soccer team, the Netherlands, who've always boasted some of the most amazing individual talents on planet earth, yet they would lose in the qualifiers to Borat and his Kazakhstani crew!!! Unbelievable indeed! (I still feel like smashing my TV when I'm reminded of those days of J. Cruijff, Gullitt, Van Basten, etc...and how those legends never got to hold that World Cup trophy aloft). Anyway...    Well, unfortunately for my balling countrymen, that's where the weaknesess of the US Team end! It would take an Epistle to start l... [More]

Where to from here Roger?!

When he woke up this morning, the ex Number 1 player in men's Tennis would have realised that what actually happened was not a bad dream but rather a grim reality. How awful it must have been for him not having his mandatory digit in front of his name, as it was "stolen" by the Spanish Olympic Champion.  Without over dramatising it, I actually felt sad for Fedexpress, because it really marked the end of an era in men's Tennis. It wasn't just that Roger had lost his number 1 ranking, but that he will never again dominate the ATP circuit as he has done over the last 4 years. That was then, this is now!   Back in January, you could only get a mere $2.5 return on your dollar if you backed Roger to win all 4 majors in 2008! Now the question is 'Will Roger ever win another major?' Many people's  answer to that question now would be 'Not bloody likely!"   Here's a little break down of Federer's demise, and why the punters should lose confidence in the ex number 1 player. He could not beat Nadal on grass, he could not win a hard court title in 7 attempts, he has lost to Stepanek, Karlovic, Simon and Fish, he looked like a lost little boy last week in Bejing against Blake making so many unforced errors and being more erratic than a DUI driver. It's not just his losses but the manner in which he lost those matches. He played those matches as... [More]

Jaguars - Fish, Aussie's Pick

So all of a sudden, just like that C Pennington has all the answers for the sorry ass Dolphis?! Is he even gonna get suited up for tonight's game against the Jags?!  Yeah probably he will, however I am not buying at all into all the hype that's surrounding his transfer to Miami.

Anyhow, again it's the totals that has my interest here. Miami's offence was bloody awful last week against Tampa and I don't foresee a whole lot of improvement take place today against the Jags who boast a very staunch defencive line. Add to all this, the fact that the Jags will be missing a few offensive starters and we have ourselves favoured quite nicely with a big chance for a low scoring game.  The books opened this at 33.5, and it's at 34.5 with most books now.

Pick. UNDER 34.5 ( for a 2.5 Unit play)

Raiders - Titans, Aussie's Pick

6W-2L-1P Record

I thought both teams looked pretty sharp last week, so tonight we have two teams with a great start to the new season. As I assessed this match up, I kept in mind last year's Tennessee's run game (especially at home) and I believe that fact will make things pretty hard for the struggling Raiders (who, let me say, were attrocious last season) Sure I may be way off the mark here, but I find it very difficult to believe that Oakland's offence has had a major face lift this year.  I expect loads of ball running tonight as the time keeps ticking away. A few iffs and buts in the Titans' line-up tonight, and we've got ourselves another Total winner here
Pick :  UNDER 35.5 for a 2 Unit play

Pittsburgh - Buffalo, Aussie's Pick

Sorry to start a new thread boys, but I got sick of scrolling down hundreds of posts in that old one. Hopefully though, only a new thread but the old streak remains the same . Remember this is a 'No Bull' NFL season for me.   5W-2L-1P Record ...   Anyhow, where was I before getting rudely interrupted?! Oh yeah, week 2 of the Pre-Season offers a nice total on the Steelers vs Buffalo Bills.  Pitt looked pretty sharp last week in both ends of the field i.e. offence as well as D.  Tomorrow I expect the fwd. line to clock in a full game and earn their pay against the Bills, whereas the backline to experimentally be chopped 'n changed as the coaching staff tests their various defensive crew!   And mate, what the bloody hell was up with Buffalo last week? I believe they'll come out swinging in front of their home crowd as the whole season ticket sales and memberships are on the line. Win or lose, the crowd want to see the Bills ability to touch the end of the line. Faith, confidence and trust needs to be restored in front of their home supporters.   As Pitt chops and changes their line up during the late stages of the game, look for the Bills to stick their nose in and take it up to the Steelers' "young guns'.  The line opened at 33.5 and here in the land DownUnder we can now get it at 31 flat!   Pick: OVER 31 for 3.5 Unit play   Fosters and good luck all aroun... AUSTRALIA-ROK, AUSSIE'S Pick

I was refraining myself from taking another punt here tonight, as I've already locked and loaded some Tennis action. I guess I want some adrenaline as I veg out and watch these games but more importantly I saw the opportunity arise here as the line has been moving alot in the last few hours.(3 pts already!)
Why are people showing so much love to the People's Republic?! Yeah, they beat Brazil, but crikey  -  did you boys see Brazil today?! What a pathetic and overrated bunch they were. And the same applies to Russia too, by the way.
Australia is a whole different team, and they've looked extremely sharp. The way I see capped this - I asked myself this question before I made my decision: Can Australia win every quarter by 5-6 pts???? The answer was loud and clear 'Hell Yeah'
I'm playing this small tonight though, as I'm playing the two NFL matches tomorrow pretty big. (stay tuned)

BELARUS-RUSSIA, AUSSIE'S Pick

Not a whole heap of time at the moment for an in-depth write up boys, but hopefully let's continue the amazing ride we've been having  ...

Belarus is being seen as a surprise package here, but I wouldn't have thought so. They've got some really solid players in the pack there with Leuchanka leading the way for them.
No doubt Russia on the other hand is one of the best teams in Europe (and the world too!) and therefore we see them favoured here by 8 pts (they opened as 9 pt faves)

I couldn't care less who wins this or if they cover or not, as long as they keep lighting up the scoreboard. There should be plenty of run and penetration to the basket. The total is set a slight too high but Both teams boast a high % of FG too
Pick: OVER 145.5 2Unit play

AUSTRALIA-ARGENTINA, AUSSIE'S Pick

I hate myself for doing this, but couldn't resist! Have had an awesome day so far ..but someone should have warned me that gambling is quite addictive! Anyway, let's get on with this - There is no way (famous last words!!!) that this is going over the total. If Australia chooses to have a shoot out fest with the Argentines, they're doomed to get blown out of the stadium. I don't think Brian G. would allow his team AND HIMSELF to be utterly embarrased like that. I've got in mind that His team the Sydney Kings boasts one of the best D's in the Australian league, thanks to his coaching philosophy (not that it says much when it comes to international ball though) But I really believe that Anstey, Bogut and co will apply a much better defence tonight than what they did against the Croats. Although, not much you could do against the Croatians as they made it rain 3's the other night.  I dont think Argentina will be allowed to score at will here, and certainly the Aussies won't shoot the lights out either. Add to this equation, that this is a must win game for either team, and that makes the under a smart a solid play. It's gone up to 161.5 now - Let's collect the paper with this one fellas Pick UNDER 161.5 3 Unit play, locked and loaded AUSSIE... [More]

Sea Eagles v Storm, Aussie's Pick

What a ripper of a match this will be. As much as I love Seinfeld, I am Spewing that Channel 9 has decided to show the Fab 4 Re-runs, thus delaying the telecast of this ripsnorter at Brookvale tonight .  These pretzles are making me thirsty ...   No doubt these two teams are the best in the game and both will try and prove a point tonight. Let's not talk about 2007 G/Final, but rather look at this as a 2008 G/Final preview. In my very humble estimation, I'd say that M.Crocker and B.Slater are probably more despised than osama and amrozi combined, at Brookvale! Speaking of that turf, Cam Smith said that "..it's pretty much like a graveyard there... it's extremely intimidating...I remember my first game there and I was shitting myself." And that is if the Manly crowd's got nothing against you!! Can you imagine the reception the Storm are set to receive tonight there???   By the same token I don't think the Storm crew is a bunch of pussies though, and I think Manly will be in for a dog of a fight. Melbourne is out to prove that they are the number 1 team in the competition and that they're shooting for a 3rd consecutive top place finish. "Crocker's a wanker" chant is probably bound to fire him up more tonight. To fade or not to fade

Tennis lovers around the globe rejoice - A changing of the guards has just taken place!  The unfathomable happend today when Rafa 'the Bull' Nadal held off a quarterfinal challenge by the Ecuadorian Lapentti downing him in straight sets 7-6; 6-1 to reach the Cincy semis. Thereupon, after 235 weeks as World number 1 in Men's tennis, Roger Federer known as the Swiss Master, is no longer on top of the tennis world! Roger must have looked one too many times out of that window and he gave in (think how Kramer lost the Contest!!)......leaving him no longer to be The Master of his Domain, no longer King of the County, no longer lord of the Manor....

With Fedex not being able to reach the semis here, The Bull from Mallorca, who even had an asteroid named after him a month ago, becomes the 24th player in the history of the ATP to hold the number one spot and the third Spanish player to achieve such an accomplishment (Carlos Moya 1999) and (Juan Carlos Ferrero 2003).  Nadal (at $1.40) now faces the Djoker in the Cincy semis, and if he cruises past him (which I have no doubt that he will), he will be the new World number 1 on Monday, when the new ATP ranking is released.  However, if the bizarre takes place and Nadal loses to the Djoker tomorrow, then he'll have to wait until after the Olympics to be crowned the new number 1.

This is all good and intere... [More]

Aussie's NRL Friday

This shoulda/woulda/coulda have been a ripsnorter of a game had the Titans had a decent side to present tonight. However, they're depleting more rapidly than the Starbucks stores around the country. (seriously on a side note nothing to do with Friday night rugby, what's with your coffee you Americans???  What's with all the syrups, creams and craps on top of the good old cappuccino or latte???)    However, before we start perculating here, let's get back to what's brewing in Melbourne tonight.  Storm is so urinated off by last week's loss; combine that with their last time drubbing they were handed by the Titans,  will only spell disaster to the tourists tonight down at Toyota park. TAB opened Gold Coast as 4 converted tries dog! In my humble estimation, that's only half of what the spread should be here. I expect the Total to be covered by Storm alone here (+44.5)  -24.5 sounds alot to the untrained ear, and could be quite "appealing" to take the Titans + pts, but this will be a bloodbath and the Storm will cover the spread well and truly   Laying 6 large ones on the Storm -24.5 Good luck everyone -  AUSSIE ... Aussie's Cincinnati TMS Pick r.3

Tursunov - Murray The odds are stacked against the Russian here, in more ways that one.  Except  from not having lost to him on a mine-field, Tursunov has lost to the Scot on pretty much every other surface; 4 outta' 4 on clay, hard, grass and carpet, to be precise. We'll see how he fares against him in the Iraq Open next month ....   Nah, all jokes aside, there's so much value with Dmitry today. I wouldn't dare take him for the whole match, although that wouldn't be a bad one either, but First Set Win has alot of value.  Tursunov's serve has been brilliant thus far in this tournament, being helped also by the speed of the court.  Murray isn't the best returner in the world either, so if this goes deep in the first, then I really like Tursunov to get over the line there. In both previous matches against Safin and Gasquet, the Russian has looked as solid as you can get on serve. Both Gasquet and Safin are great returners and both take the ball early on the rise. I expect this to go the distance and Dmitry should be able to pocket for himself as well as for the rest of us, that First Set W.  At $3.10, it's a bloody ripper of a dog play. Pick: Tursunov to Win First Set 3 Unit play to win 6.3 Units profit     AUSSIE... [More]
