I had a buddy that was an assistant for a local College basketball team.  They had one player that was leading the team in scoring and Vegas made them a -14 point favorite.  The day before the game he was busted for a domestic dispute with girlfriend and was not able to travel to the game the following night. Needless to say my buddy told me to pound the other team.  I did.  Vegas never got wind of the players trouble and the lost by 40 that night.  Every now and then it is nice to stick it to them.

What is your best inside info you ever received?

And what about the guy that used to post saying he was a teller behind the counter at Bellagio, and he would let us know who bet a large amount of money on whatever team.

I was sitting in a harness racetrack on a fri night.I was sitting with a guy who use to work at this track as a teller but had left to go work in Florida and was back to see family. As we were sitting there the president of the board walked by and recognized my friend. He shook his hand and asked him all the pleasentries. As he was leaving he reached down and took the entries sheet off the table. He circled a horse in each of the races and handed it to him.The first race had already run but he won the 2nd,3rd,4th before we believed what we had.We bet the 5th-9th and some won by 5lengths and some won by a head but he had the winner in every one. This only made me personally reluctent to ever bet harness again.

Before Delaware voted in the slots, they used to run donkeys disguised as thoroughbreds at Delaware Park.At a 4th of July cookout,I met a jockey who used to ride there named Russell Woolsey? He kept repeating to me that he was on a pretty good horse the following day.As I skimmed over the racing form,I didn't see anything that would lead me to believe that this horse, "Heart To Hold" was anything special.Workout times were so-so,was moving up in class, hasn't won a race in 4 races etc etc etc. NOTHING! I did however notice that the form had this horse @ 16to1.As I found myself at the track the next day,I decided "What the hell"  I'll put a few bucks on this horse. The odds came down to 9 to1 as the race started.Wire to wire.. not even close.Dam shame I only put $20 to win on it.I was given a gift.... I didn't take full advantage of it.... friggin idiot

My buddy in Ma called me once and told me that Nomar Garciaparra was out with a chick one of his friends knows. It turns out she boinked the crap out of poor Nomar all night long into the next day.
My buddy said to bet the Red Sox the next night at home. That was the game Nomar knocked in 10 runs by himself. Gotta love chicks from Saugus, Ma.

that "gambling money has no home, lose it one day, make it the next, screw it they print that stuff everyday...send it in while you got it"
