obviously we all would piss away a lot of money on things to make us happy but after all that your still really rich so I would donate a bunch to women's shelters, help people in places like New Orleans and also donate a lot to research for cures to diseases. I would also build a few things that matter to people like community/rec centers.

Gutcheck's idea has merit , but you'd hear from me because I would donate a couple of mil to Prostate Cancer Research ...or to something like Jimmy V's Foundation
You don't need all that money to make that happen.
In Canada, lottery winnings are tax free. The tax man gets nothing.
