Safeco Field like last night was a moose for the Over 7.5, it was 4-3 in the 4rth. If this is 6-5 in the bottom 6th more likely 13 then 12....I believe.

I get your reasoning and point, but wrigley increases the volatility two-fold...just my 2 cents on that.
New pitcher pitching could take an inning or two, for the other team to see how he pitches, which increases chances of low scoring game, then again he could really suck and the under is screwed, "that's why they call it gambling" my friend.
