The New Jersey Nets (0-3 SU, 0-3 ATS, 1-2 O/U) will be looking to record their first win of the season when they square off against the Charlotte Bobcats (1-2 SU, 2-1 ATS, 1-2 O/U) at Time Warner Cable Arena tonight at 7:00 PM ET.

The Nets were blown out by the surprising Washington Wizards 123-104 on Saturday, while failing to cover the NBA point spread for BetUS pro basketball bettors as 6.5-point road underdogs while the game’s final score played over the 191-point O/U total.

The Bobcats competed hard but last their last time out as well, falling to the Cleveland Cavaliers 90-79 on Saturday while failing to cash in for pro basketball gamblers as a 16.5-point road underdog while the final score played under the 181.5-point total.

Here is a look at tonight’s key trends and NBA Betting Odds, followed by my in-depth analysis and expert NBA Free Picks.

Bobcats are 2-5 ATS in their last 7 games as a favorite.

Over is 3-0-1 in the last 4 meetings in Charlotte.

Nets are 4-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings.

Nets are 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Charlotte.

NBA Odds

Charlotte Bobcats -7

Over/Under 175

Analysis: While the New Jersey Nets have struggled mightily this season, I like them to cover the big spread in this contest against a Bobcats team that isn’t much better than Jersey despite their respective records this season.

The Nets have gone an impressive 4-1 ATS in their last five road games against a team with a winning home record while also going an identical 4-1 ATS in the last five matchups against Charlotte.

While the Bobcats have gone an encouraging 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games as a home favorite, the Bobcats have also gone a dismal 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following an SU loss and an identical 2-5 ATS in their last seven games as a favorite.

Take the Nets to cover the spread here while pushing for the outright win as they’ve gone a solid 3-1-1 ATS in the last 5 meetings in Charlotte.

I also like the Over in this contest as its gone a consistent 3-0-1 in the last four meetings in Charlotte and 8-3-1 in the last 12 meetings between these ballclubs.
