Just spoke to Phil at Covers and this isn't exactly what I would call a promotion and just for future reference Phil is a douche bag and rude as hell.

I have been promoting you guy's for awhile now and have had great service until now..........HOWEVER......you are not forethcoming on this promotion.

I was told that since I'm "up" and have had recent payouts I don't qualify and the ones that do qualify are ones that LOOSE.

Could care less about the bonus, because yes I am up.......HOWEVER....you should spell out everything about this promotion and you should tell Phil to take care of your good customers before they go elsewhere.

I have noticed lines being changed after i have placed the wager. No one could help me in live chat. I would like my bets refunded for today and to withdraw my funds. Could you please get back to me.? i had a feeling this book was a fraud. I will never deposit again with you guys and will make it my mission to go in to every forum and smear this book if i am not met with a response. thanks for your time.

Goterps5050: I call bullshit, but if you have had legitimate issues than fine.

I always, ALWAYS, do a screen capture of my wagers and put them in a word document just incase and I've never had a problem like this......EVER.

I'm not happy about "Phil" and his attitude when asking a question, but I WOULD NEVER accuse cheating of a book without actual docmentation.

Provide or retract.

no shit... they admitted it was a glitch but it is horse shit..and they fixed my bets and turned the rest over to IT.. my point is i have no issues with any other book i play with(greek,bjm,heritage) but i have had an issue in the past with betPH.

how about this, i place the parlay and bought points on all but one wager. i hit confirm and then they said juice on one of them changed. so i went to place again and none of the 5 buys were longer available. if i wanted skins at 3 i could only do 3.5 or 4 and up. if i wanted GB +7 i could only do 8, and 8.5 .. i wanted cicny + 3 and all they offered was 2.5 and then 4. ?? they took away every bet i was going to place. every single one.

then i said ok, let me eat this juice and ill just buy them up more. i confirmed.

then when i went to pending, it had cicny +1.5 -219 dallas -5.5 -229 and washington +3 -207.. that is 119 cents for a half a point? and 119 cents for a full point, and almost a buck for a half point.

they claimed it was a glitch. but i sat and watched how they fucked with it, and this isnt the first time.. if you sit there and snap shot all your bets or print screen all your bets you shouldnt be playing with that book. because ive never had an issue with any other book. it is not a software issue. it is something behind the scenes. i call fraud.

My opinion for U.S players = the greek or sbg global. Everybody else=Pinnacle. These books have been around for over a decade and for the most part solid and respected.
