Last year in week 1 CFB:  9 wins & 1 loss
 
Let's get this thing started...
 
First plays:
 
USC -19.5
 
Clemson -4.5
 
Many more plays to come with plenty of analysis. 
 
Thursday action coming shortly.

Wyanstat has always been a bum coach to me, but if ever they are going to come out strong it should be this year.

 

What about the Rutgers game??  I have Fresno St covering that one.  Any thoughts there?

Nice plays last night.  I like week 1 cause it seems to me like teams favored by a td or more hit all the time.  Dogs come around later in the month. 

 

You taking Pitt?  Trendy pick but I like them BC, Tulsa, and with you on Clemson this week.

 

I also like Miss St and Ole Piss

2-1 on the night.

 

SC = W

Stan under = L

Stan over 2nd half = W (separate thread)

No action tonight (Friday).  Weak card.  Total pass and trying to display good discipline.  Hope that lasts...we will see...

Update: 4-0 on Saturday. 6-1 on the CFB season.

Decided to drop Clemson as a play and glad I did that.

Back tomorrow with more winners.

I posted my Clemson drop 45 minutes prior to kickoff within my own thread. This is an unusual move but I do it on occasion. Essentially, I bought back the play. Main reason:

Public money was flowing in on Clemson (75%) and the line did not budge. Too many cappers (myself included) were on Clemson. I decided to reevaluate my position.

Glad I did it.

Posted earlier and grabbed up a bunch of "under 58" in the Rutgers-FSU game today.

24-7 final for a nice winner.

USC is a great pick.  UVA has got nothing-I'm sad to say.
Clem is a big pick.  Big games for big programs in week one keep me on the outside looking in.
