i already have a RL bet on the cubs and have them in a couple of small parlays, but my question is this.. i've never really be in a position where i'm really second guessing my 2nd pick of the parlay and would like to hedge it, hence not knowing how to hedge and asking this question... my 2 team parlay is

Aug 14 9:54am 2 Team Parlay - Pending 10.83 to win 27.41
  1.  Baseball - Chicago Cubs - runline -1½ (-120)
for the entire game held on Aug 14 at 1:20pm [pending]
C Morton -R must start and R Wells -R must start for action
  2.  Baseball - New York Mets - moneyline (-108)
for the entire game held on Aug 14 at 6:10pm [pending]
B Zito -L must start and B Parnell -R must start for action

and i already have this bet in and am feeling pretty confident of it right now.

Aug 14 9:50am Baseball - Pending 15.00 to win 12.00
  1.  Baseball - Chicago Cubs - runline -1½ (-125)
for the entire game held on Aug 14 at 1:20pm [pending]
C Morton -R must start and R Wells -R must start for action

with 6 posts i'm guessing you're just one of those zit faced kids that has no real friends to play with so you come on here and try and act tough in cyber-land... i have a wife and kids to support hence the $10-$20 bets gambling is only and hobby to me... now go back to your facebook chatroom and leave real life to the people that have experienced it sonny...

Boozer...I would not hedge.  My feeling is that you thought it was a good bet in the beginning so let it ride.  you have your Cubs rl play which is gonna hit anyway.

Best of luck.

Bet to win $10.83 on the Giants. If the Giants win, you breakeven and if they lose, you win somewhere around $17.

kashl2008...why does it matter how much someone wagers?  It is completely irrelevant.

This answers the mans question as asked. Boozer is betting what he can afford as a hobby.  It does not make him any less of a gambler than us because he bets what his finances allow.  Its smart.  No need for the nonsense upstairs.
