After the Eagles failed to cover with exactly the same line, dont you think the oddsmakers know this is how the public will react to this game, dont you think the oddsmakers know when a good few of the public think its a trap game? so for you to make your bet on Denver ML just based on the fact of it being a so called trap is ludicrous, if you think the broncos win this game fair enough but for you to completely ignore the footballing aspect and just because the number is funny you want to bet the broncos? are u kidding me?

the line is perfect. it is going to get equal action. they aren't setting anything up or trapping anyone, the oddsmakers are going to get 10% of a few million tonight for the house

I'm confused because i believe that the line was set at phil -3 because they wanted people to take philly and vegas felt cowboys would cover and that happened. Philly was the better team playing at home and only giving 3 so people thought that philly would easily cover. i don't know what % bet on philly but i believe the higher % was on philly and that means that vegas accomplished what they were shooting for. I'm not saying that if you can read into the line you are goin to win but i would think that you can profit over the long haul. obviously vegas makes money and they put strategy into making the line. good luck to whoever you pick.

You really think the betting % is goin to even out? I see on scoresandodds that 80% are on pitt. The consensus on covers is at 63%. 63% isn't that bad but the public is goin to be hammering pitt. It def won't even out.

does 80% mean the number of tickets or % of money? I don't think they'll tell you will the money's going, which is really what matters.
