How many points will Oakland get against the G-Men

I looked at week 5 lines and I was surprised to see the Giants are only -13 against Oak.  I don't see how anyone can even consider playing Oak at this number.  Sure they will get the "public" action like they have each week,  but this has not stopped them from covering....they are 3-0-1 on they year and I see them going 4-0-1 after week 5.  I was expecting to see a New England type of line from their 07-08 year when they were favored by 17-20+ on several occasions during that year. Even at this number I couldn't back Oak. I could see this line go past 14 by kick-off.

Seems like The Giants Can Cover this easily if they play smart

This game will be Raiders - run run run punt  Giants - run run run punt, run run run score

Clock goes tick tick tick and the next thing you know the Giants win 17-6.

Also do you really think the Giants will take the Raiders seriously.  Yea yea they only play 16 games they "should" get up for every one of them, but look at the track record.  They don't.  Plus the Giants are a weird team in that they play better and more focused on the road than at home.

It won't be a big play of any sort, but I wouldn't lay the points with the Giants here.

This type of matchup (even with Manning possibly out), will make Giants very popular tease play this week - line should end up around 13 or so, they almost could sleepwalk or look ahead to Saints and win by double digits.

CURRENT LINE IS GIANTS 16 O/U 41

THAT WOULD MAKE OAKLAND'S TEAM TOTAL ABOUT 12.5 AND THE GIANTS TEAM TOTAL 28.5.

MY LEAN WOULD BE OAKLAND UNDER 12.5

Oakland opened at +16 at my book.

I guess I am the only one here crazy enough to take the bait...

but I did

To Gimen backers: I'd be careful laying this big of a number when the Giants have New Orleans on deck in a HUGE NFC matchup. Giants will be going through the motions in this one with their eyes on next week.

I see a 17-9 type of game

Oakland could only manage 6 points against Houston one of the worst defense's in the league... and that is after being spanked by Denver at home the week before... they only get 13 points in KC because of turnovers by the Chiefs...Raiders are cooked as long as Russell is the QB

If the Giants don't take the Raiders too lightly (remember the Browns game last year) they should crush them and cover easy

Giants 33 - 10

Im a huge Raider fan but there is no way the Raiders will socre more than 10 points on the Giants...they couldn't score 10 against the Texans and just scored over 10 against the Cheifs...load up on the Giants..

I would take Giants on the first half line, think they come out strong at home but let up 2nd half. -16 is too much for me on the game, I would take up too -10 on the first half. Oakland is terrible, I haven't seen the Giants put anyone away for an entire game.

In three of there games they have lost the 2nd half of the game (which to me means they let up), against Tampa they won 10-0. I have been making money on the Giants so far this season, I wouldn't take the Raiders at +16 either, first half is the bet for me.

Take the points and under on this one. The Giants will start Eli, but he will be pulled quickly because of his foot. Along with any other guys who are beat up at this point of the season. Oakland will probably make a pick-up at RB to help replace McFadden.
