I actually read an article from a few years back by Fezzick and he said the way he makes money is betting lines on sunday afternoons as soon as the books release them for the next week.  He picks a game or two that they make a mistake on and bets a ton.  Go search it, its archived on here.

One simple question, what is your motivation in all of this. There has be a motive as to why you would post the same play twice. First time, around ok, it would've been considered a good gesture but the second time to remind everyone to bet big on Cal is a little strange to me.

Why do I see more people on the under than over on GA/Texas AM  ?  

45% on over vs 55% under in the Public numbers?      I think Over is the obvious pick.    Don't most of the Cover's people read the forum site and pick overs?  

Is this number correct?   I have a feeling that the Cover's betting numbers on the consensus are being changes or wrong.

I have not had time to look at the other 2 totals you have posted, but will let you know of my opinion once I have done the games.

Interestingly, other bowl games (totals), such as the Nevada game are not on your list. That game was a standout selection (under for totals players).

i agree that is an underrated win, bobby... but you saw how much they struggled against a quality defensive line... have you heard of the Alabama Crimson Tide?  it's gonna be deja vu... Bama has faced top notch defenses and scored against them... Texas has struggled all year against weak defenses, and against the only two quality defenses they faced they didn't top 16 points, and really didn't look like a team that was significantly better than OU or Nebraska...

if Alabama is really the best team in the country... and the fact that they went undefeated through the SEC and knocked off the two-time (and also undefeated) defending national champs decisively suggests they are... then they should control the game, and should not be overly concerned with the Texas' offense...

here would be my one word of caution... lots of people have asked, "what is the point of this thread?"... or "why do this?"...

in other words, what is he gaining by posting these plays?

well, there is only one explanation (i assume most people have figured this out, even though nobody has explicitly stated what it is)...

the only reason to do something like this, is to create a favorable line on the final game (Alabama-Texas) by posting the opposite pick that the sharps played...

in other words, post the first 6 games correctly... hope they go 4-2 or 5-1... then post the wrong pick on the last game... that makes all the people who are buying into the picks load up on the last one, creating an opportunity for great value on the other side...

to take it one step further... the only way someone could post the real plays of Fezzik and Billy Walters, based on inside info, without getting their asses quickly WHACKED... is if Fezzik and Walters are in on it, or at least endorsed it... for all we know, they are hoping to grab Alabama at (-3) after people start jumping on the Texas bandwagon...

i am not saying i know this is what's going on... i'm just saying to be smart about it...

i only point this out because there is absolutely no doubt that Alabama will beat Texas... none!  Texas can't play at this level... their offense is stagnant...

With all due respect I must correct you here READTHELINES. With the line moving from 64 all the way to 67, this proves ABSOLUTE certainty that sharp money was on the over. In order to compensate this heavy action vegas began to raise the total to attract more $ on the under...........this is so they(vegas) will not be too exposed on the over if it hits. As you mentioned, vegas makes money on the vig........correct, they adjust lines as quickly as possible to attract equal money on both sides of a play.

So as you said" vegas is betting the under" No...you are mistaken, they(vegas) had to raise the line from 64 to 67 because WAY TOO much money was coming in on the over. They raised it to attract more money on the under.

Wouldn't you know it................the game ends on 64 total. The play here IMO was the over, but if you didn't get that number early you lost. The sharps jumped all over that when it was realeased thus..........the line moved all the way to 67.

My brother's fiance works at the rose bowl.

She saw Terrell Pryor doing backflips off the diving board at the pool's hotel. So, he obvoiusly is not injured as some people have been saying.

Also, she said he spent 6 hours late last night into the wee hours of this morning helping the float people pin all of those roses to the main float. They said he even did it without wearing the special gloves they use to keep from getting torn up by thorns. THAT might be a factor. Ever wotk with roses? Ever get thorned? It can make you hand swell. No imagine that times like 1000.

You thought Pellini's focus on getting the shut out was unpredictable?  Not sure how much you have seen Nebraska play this year, but he takes great pride in having the best defense in the nation.  It was pretty much a certainty if the opportunity arose he would go for the shutout.
