College Football returns on September 3rd!
 
Odds are already available for Week 1 meaning you can join and enter plays in Covers' League Champions NCAAF Contest.

What are the rules on this? I can't find anything that outlines the minimum/maximum number of free picks you are supposed to make. Thanks.

Josh, this is a standard League Champions contest run on Covers just like the ones we had on Wagerline.

Make picks every day, and do your best to put together a winning season. The amount of picks you make is up to you, you'll have to develop a strategy to see what works best. Enter plays and select between 100-500 units for each play. Prizes are awarded bases on who has the most total net units.

I can't find it on there. Do you have to pick every point spread and over/under or can you pass on some of them.

Look for the link on the contest home page that reads "make picks". 

 

This is a handicapping competition so make as many picks as you wish, the more wins you have the better you'll do! 

 

Strategy comes into play as you can vary between 100-500 units for each selection. 

 

Make ATS and O/U NCAAF picks, we'll track the results and award the winnners!

i know you can vary how many games you play, but what is a good number per week........is 5 or 6 too low even if two of them are big unit moves? or should i be picking around ten games with 3 or 4 big unit plays. how many units won does it take to win each week?

Guys,

We can't dictate how many games you should or should not pick each week...you have to make those decisions yourself, that's why it's a contest...develop your own strategy on how you can get the most net units.

RULES

Prizes are awarded to the contestants with the most net units.  The prizes awarded vary from contest to contest, for the NCAAF Contest Prizes are:

1st - $2,000 Cash
2nd - $1000 Cash
3rd - $500 Cash
4th - 20th - Covers Contests Hoodie

Weekly: Cash $200 - 1 per week
