26-12 (+21.52u) Took a much needed off after losing 3 of my last play in the last inning. Cleveland doesn't match well against the Angels in the past and so we got a nice opportunity here at plus money in the afternoon game. I give a bit edge to the Angels' bats but with a struggling Haren, I think they pretty much evens out. Cleveland by a run win here most likely. If you're feeling a bit ballsy (as I'm still thinking about this one as well), I get a good feeling the Stro's pull another win over Cueto. The Yankees are also a good play after their bats can't hit the Rangers and losing on a hitting battle against the Tigers tonight. Get on this one before the juice starts to pile up some more. Probably that or will add either the Braves, Zona, or the Dodgers.

Ended the regular season with a measely 215-196 record or 52%. Let's try to get it to turn around in the playoffs.
Chicago Bulls -8.5
Bulls roll here. I don't buy the 76ers' recent win streak nearing the end of the season. 76ers are offensively challenged and the Bulls' defense is just too good to allow a first game first round meltdown to the visiting team. As for the total, I'm leaning the OVER as I think this one is set a bit too low. Both teams are easily capable of scoring 80 points and I believe the winning team gets the remaining points to go over.
New York Knicks +8.5
See here if Amare wasn't back, we could've gotten a point or two more off the Knicks and I myself will have pretty much more confidence into the wager. Miami holds an average of 10-points in all their games this season (they were more effecient in their last head-to-head with Lin and Amare out) which means the cover is only a basket away. With the way the Knicks progressed through all the injuries, player roles were finally distinguished and they look more of a team now than they were months ago. Leaning the UNDER here.
Indiana Pacers -9.0
Orlando is obviously missing Dwight's 31.7ppg, 10.8rpg, and 1.5bpg against the Pacers and that isn't going to help their chances one bit. Pacers roll here pretty much in a convincing way, as they are also getting Danny Granger back. Pacers wins probably in most position except for th... [More]

26-10 (+23.52u) No further comment as to what went down in the last few innings of the Sox-Oaks game. Only one good play for Thursday and you even have to take the RL for it to be decent in value.
Cin.Reds -1 RL (it probably should be around +120 or something).

26-9 (+24.75u) Had to sweat the last two innings before cashing on Cleveland Tuesday night. I'd love to get on the Brewers and Marcum but man the price is steep. One play for the afternoon game is the Sox. Just bad matchup here overall. Probably Bucholz and Lilly for the night games.
Chi.Sox -123

25-9 (+22.75u) Nice hit with the Blue Jays monday night, moving on to Tuesday. Let's fade KC again going up against Lowe and the Indians team who has only notched 1 home win which IMO is pretty much worth 2 units there. I'm thinking of putting a play on them Reds after seeing SanFran play 2 games today and score 13 runs. Seattle's hefty +173 pay out looks really nice and they probably have a real shot at winning SU. I will probably add a game or two more later in the day. Dodgers and Phillies are also one of them leans.
Cleveland -133 (2u)

24-9 (+21.75u) Went 0-2 Sunday. So much for trying to bet on more than 2/3 teams per outing for me. Sticking to what's working. Only one play for me and I think this one's the best on the board Monday night. runners up are Dodgers and ChiSox.
Toronto -108

24-7 (+23.9u) Cards sucked early but Texas Gm1 and Dodgers -2 RL came through to keep us at positive. I'm feeling biased again with SanFran and Lincecum so I'll probably just stay away from it. Washington and Lohse is a steal this early while it's plus money. Dodgers came as a runner up play and I suggest drop one on the RL for a better payout.

Texas +142

21-6 (+21.89u) Nice hit with that juicy +422 parlay with O's and Dodgers. Darvish was money from the get go. Let's keep on rolling. Only one play looks good for tomorrow. Playing Ted Lilly early while it hasn't hit more than 130 yet. I don't know if I'll pull the trigger yet but I have the Boston, Washington, Blow Jays, Brewers, White Sox and Phillies for leans and still thinking of a possible second play.

19-6 (+16.67u) Fairly comfortable wins by Texas and St. Louis. Out of the four afternoon games, I like two road dogs in Hammels and Harang and will probably just parlay them for trips. Night games, I particularly like Darvish and the Rangers again. Outside those three, I'm still thinking if I'd go over two plays for Thursday. Leaning on Minor and the Braves but will probably let it sit for a bit.
Baltimore (+130) and Dodgers (+127) = Two-team Parlay +422

YTD: 210-194. 1-0 Tuesday. Fixed my count last Monday counting the damned Thunder as a W. 76ers will probably win here to try and separate themselves from dropping out of playoff contention. The UNDER is a play on the Cavs sucking (and perhaps both). I see a 95-82 type of game here. This part of the season will be tricky on teams fighting for contention. Hawks can still aim to move up to 4th to gain home court during the playoffs or drop a game or two to position themselves against either Boston or Indiana (I pick the home court). But anyway, I'm still playing the Pistons because it's a point too many and they seem to have the Hawk's game.

17-6 (+14.52u) St. Louis have to take it to extra inning but still got the game for us. Here's for Wednesday. I like Dickey for the afternoon game but gonna have to wait for a better line there. You also gotta love Texas (Holland) on plus money. I think their bats heats up again for them. I'll be playing the Cards again before the price on Garcia goes up some more.

15-5 (+13.72u). 3-1 Sunday. Nice value on Shields but seeing how alive the Sox' bats are I probably have to rethink playing them or maybe if I can get a much better value. So much juice on games say Strasburg, Verlander and Weaver and after losing on the Dodger's RL I pretty much don't want to touch those types yet. Got three so far but only playing one. I'll probably add either of my lean later.

Warriors have mailed it in since the Denver game. I guess they realized they get more from landing a better draft place than trying to salvage an already bad season.
Cleveland Cavaliers +4.0
This part of the season is all about spotting which team is aiming for good lottery place. Anyway, this time both are on bad spots with an almost same chance of getting as high as they could. I like the Cavs in this spot because they seem to be the team that tries in their last few games (even against winning teams).
Leans:
Oklahoma City -10.5
I think they'd go on and just beat the hell out of any team at this point. The win over Sacramento is a statement.
Milwaukee Bucks -3.5 / OVER 206.5
Team still trying their hardest to get on the 8th spot. I'd love for them to knockout the 76ers. Bucks and Pacers are a combined 37-21-1 O/U home-road record.
Phoenix Suns +9.0
Too many points. Also, just a game behind Denver.

YTD: 6-2 (+6.47) Went 2-1 Monday night with Hou and SanFran. Taking the Yanks early thinking the line would go up come game time. Leaning on Pits with Correia going against Kershaw, I think there's a nice chance there to steal. Also leaning on the Mets and Astros. I'll probably make a stab at it a couple of hours before game time.

Chicago Bulls +5.5
Afternoon game between powerhouse teams. No Rose, still not a problem. Playing the Bulls plus the points here since most afternoon games plays out for the team with the points to cover. Bulls are very well disciplined and is number 2 in defense against a TO prone team who is very streaky and seem unstoppable offensively at home. Bulls will probably not give much out against this team and score a cover.
Washington Wizards +6.5
Too many points IMO. Raptors is 1-3 ATS when made a -5 fave or more. I think Nene's arrival has improved with Nene's arrival and I think it will make a difference now that they have a real presence in their front court, at least against the Raps. I see Washington only covering the spread not really winning SU. Raps are really good at home and even better defensively. Not really the sharpest bet on the board tonight, stat-wise Raps are all over the wizards but my gut is telling me to really bank on this one.
Orlando Magic -5.5
Two bad loses in a row now for the Magic. A blowout against the Knicks and a last second defeat against Dirk should motivate the magicmen to turn it around at home. What is scary is that the Nugs are pretty bad in defending the perimeter and has allowed almost 44% in 3P% and Orlando is pretty hot in draining them at home. Nugs have the ATS stats behind them but they're in one tough schedule that comes to an end 3 days... [More]
