2-4 Sunday. 86-86 YTD. Monday:

Lean: Philadelphia 76ers -13.5
Them being at home and off a loss is enough to back them. 7-1 ATS/SU at home, 6-2 ATS off a day rest, and have a 19-point winning margin at home. Wizzy is the opposite on the road. This was downgraded to a lean because the team from DC seem to find their groove as of late playing impressively against winning teams like Denver, OKC and Houston. They also only lost by 13 at home and really played them well. I'm on a look out if Hawes will suit up with their front court slowly thinning down and may make a play out of it.

Lean: New Orleans Hornet +5.0 and UNDER 178.5
Hornets are a relentless bunch and against the Spurs, I think they can keep it close and cover. Tim Duncan will most likely play against them after taking a day off against the Rockets. Tony Parker looks okay after a minor hip injury. Hornets are looking healthy except for Eric Gordon. They have the size and athletecism to play the Spurs close. I don't see the visiting team trying to force a running game here since they really don't want to add any more mileage to the aging team. Hornets will pretty much be in favor of a slow paced game where they'd allow their bigs to do the damage.

Houston Rockets +2.5
Houston's road woes are really from playing the toughest home teams in the league. Minny plays tougher at home and is a win close to a .500 home record. I guess that made the line swing thsi low. Both team seem to match each other well with Kevin Martin's scoring exploit that should prove the difference that I'm banking on. Rockets continue their streak to 7 after this one.

Lean: Phoenix Suns +5.5
Dirk is out and i think Vince Carter is the same. The first game between these two teams resulted to a 9-point Dallas win (at home) as a 7.5-point home fave. Suns is two point less of a dog here but I still like their chances with the Mavs' injuries. Mavs is a very good home team but I believe the Suns pack a little more punch this time with a 2-day off and riding a 2-game winning streak.

Memphis Grizzlies +1.5
Another Grizzlies' trap looking line. Just take it.

Looking forward to CHI, ATL and OKC game lines.

BOL.

Agree on looking forward to the Oklahoma line. Should be around 11 which has been their norm this year. They should beat Detroit by 20+. GL MM

Good luck today CMM. Your .500 record is impressive despite the early unpredictability of the league.

Love the Grizz tonight.  Looks like they're getting their swagger that everyone thought they had before the season began.  Like Minny at home, however, against the Rockets.  Rubio seems to be making everyone on that team better.

Crazy,

What do you think of Orlando -5.5?  Rondo and Allen are doubtful and Boston is terrible.
CrazyMilkMan says:
01/23/12 05:57PM

Might wait for 30 more minutes.

Rondo:
Rajon Rondo is testing his sprained right wrist in warmups Monday.
Rondo says he hasn't dribbled a basketball since sustaining his injury last Wednesday. He remains a true game-time call, with official word coming in about an hour. After tonight, the Celtics do not play again until Thursday. Jan 23 - 4:55 PM

Allen:

Ray Allen (ankle) is listed as a game-time call for Monday's game against the Magic.

Allen "jammed" his ankle against the Wizards on Sunday. Considering the back-to-back and his age, we wouldn't be surprised if the Celtics erred on the side of caution here. After Monday's game, the Celtics don't play again until Thursday. Mickael Pietrus came off the bench for 14 points in 34 minutes Sunday. Jan 23 - 2:18 PM

A lot of respectable cappers on Golden State, do you think Memphis still have a good chance in winning on the road against the Warriors?
