YTD: (102-72-7) (+37.05 units) (58.6%)

BIG PLAYS (12-2)

Totals 40-25-2

Sides: 61-47-5

Parlays 0-3

ML's 0-1

I played a non A-10 game had no idea what i was doing play (1-0) (Dmon and the gang)

-------

Only had 2 plays the other day. Would have done well if I played on the mental leans...

STL +11

GW +13

STL had it all day, and GW was there most of the way. Tough push. I had a great season all in all and thanks to those who showed support and glad to see many made some money. 12-2 on big plays was a surprise for me, and glad that came through. 37+ units was big...

Now lets talk A-10 tournament. Taking place in AC once again and LUCKILY my schedule fell so that I can make it.

Here are the final standings....with teams in bold making the tournament

1. Temple 14-2  2. Xavier 14-2  3. Richmond 13-3  4. St. Louis 11-5  5. Rhode Island 9-7  6. Charlotte  9-7  7. Dayton 8-8  8. St. Bonaventure 7-9  9. Duquesne 7-9  10. GW 6-10  11. Massachusetts 5-11  12. St. Joseph's 5-11  13. La Salle 4-12  14. Fordham 0-16

Wednesday Night Games: (at home sites) Top 4 seeds have a bye until AC.

5. Rhode Island vs. 12. St. Joseph's

6. Charlotte vs 11. Massachusetts

7. Dayton vs. 10. GW

8. St. Bona vs 9. Duquesne

No lines out as of yet.

In AC games are as follows

1. Temple vs. 8/9 winner

2. Xavier vs. 7/10 winner

3. Richmond vs. 6/11 winner

4. St. Louis vs. 5/12 winner

I will be talking about the matchups as we go, but for now lets see what unfolds and what can go down. Cant wait!!!

Would love to see that total in St Bon game around 150.  Think I'd lay down the hammer on over.  BOL

Well the lines are out...wonder if they were when I posted...one thing I can say is that the books are taking into account these teams knowing they will have to play 3 over the weekend...as the totals are a little lower than expected in most cases...

St. Josephs @ Rhode Island -13 149
George Washington @ Dayton -11 126.5
Massachusetts @ Charlotte -9 145.5
Duquesne @ St. Bonaventure -1.5 153

Some leans...

GW +11...fiesty team, too many pts...
URI/STJ over 149...little low...
Dukes/Bona OVER 153...im gonna try and ride this dukes pt barrage till the wheels fall off..just hope i didnt jump on too late.

Hey CrusCrnshw...Are all the 1st round games tomorrow at 7pm or has the websites made a mistake?  Neutral site games or home court?

Early look...I like GW and the Dukes over 153...leaning towards Charlottle and RI

Thanks for the info

I thought the line on SJU/URI was low at first, but Martelli has gone to the 2-3 zone two games in a row. He was talking today about how he doesn't like running it, but feels it is his best bet since they simply cannot guard most teams man-to-man, and one of my friends on the team said he's pretty sure they'll open up in the zone tomorrow. They used it in the Dayton game (119 total) and Saturday against LaSalle (133). I think that could help the total go under, but if it turns into a track meet, who the hell knows.

What's your feeling on the spread? I'm the biggest cynic there is when it comes to my team and have faded them more often that not this year, but they finally are coming around. I think they cover that number.

Goodness LaSalle was disappointing this year.  Thought they were a potential tournament team heading into the season.

Like Richmond to win this tournament, although St. Louis at +650 interests me as well.

i see great value with charlotte at +4000 (at sportsbook) to win it the tourny will it happen prolly not but there is some value.

 things to think about

charlotte usually play this tournament pretty tough.

though they have feel of as of late they can play with the best teams in the league ( beating temple, beating richmond)  just some food for thought.

crush thanks for a great season and for more winners to come

+4000??? wow yea value..just hedge in rd 2 assuming they get there...

RI will just run with Joes..that first game was ridiculous. Ill still look.

helm, yes all home sites...5-8 seeds have home games...1-4 bye's to AC..

it'll be -EV to play a +4000 team if you only think they'll win one game because hedging options won't be there.

Crus, here are my guesses:
XU > TEM in the final.

I think the bottom of this bracket is the most talented, and while I think Dayton will cover against XU (guessing 7.5), I still think the Muskies are the best in this conference.

The UR-XU game will be the best in the tournament, but I think whoever wins that will win in the finals as I just don't think TEM is that strong.

Only upsets = Duquesne> SBU, URI>SLU
