the Raiders are one of my sleeper teams this year ...

Right now here is how I get the 6+ Wins

vs AFCW

4-2 or better 34% 3-3 or better 58%

Other Home Games

Philadelphia L/3+ Catching Eagles before they play on MNF at Washington

NY Jets W 4+ Fading the Jets this year

Cincinnati W7+ the Bengals are the Bengals

Washington L/W/3+ Catching Skins before they host the NYG on MNF

Baltimore W/L 3+ will the Ravens slip in 09"

Other Away Games

at Houston L7+ Texans another 1 of my sleeper teams

at NY Giants L13+ Catching NYG before they travel to New Orleans

at Dallas L/W3+ Cowboys should be average this year.. Catching Cowboys in sandwhich between Washington and NY Giants

at Pittsburgh L13+ Hammered ???

at Cleveland W3+ better than the Browns and Raiders could be fighting for 500. or West Lead ???

Defense wins games and I see the raiders taking at least

3 or 4 out of 6 games within the division to get half way to 6 wins (for Doubleup). Now if only they can get that offense rolling then who knows maybe they can clinch a

wild card? While Lane Kiffin was terrible during his tenure with the Raider's who's to say the Cable guy could do better? Unproven track record. If Raiders improve (which they should), it is b/c players matured. I watched the Raiders play last year and man they were straight up horrendous well at least on offense. This division is the pits. I'm predicting 6 to 7 wins as well but not one of those wins against my beloved Cowboys as mentioned abover earlier by

Totally agree with you on 3-3 or better vs the AFC West

Cable has to be better thaN Kiffin

6-10 at worst IMO ... Dare I say 9-7 at best

Oddly enough, the Raiders covered a ton of games for me last year.

They had more wins than they normally get at 5-11 which is a good year for them. I think they can beat the over this season. They play in a horrible division which will help and their Defense is really under-rated. We all know that mcfadden is a pure stud and if Russell can have a break through year than this team could go 8-8 but 7-9 is a great year for them and more importantly - will cover the over for my boy Doubleup4life

Every year for the past few years the Raiders open up at home in the late game on Monday night & get crushed on national tv, I dont see anything different this year. This team has bad luck times ten, if you watched there games last year you would have seen they had chances to win several close games they lost. This team is just terrible & im betting against them in week 1. As far as winning 6 games all year, anything is possible! Imo, I find better value in betting the Lions OVER & 49ers OVER season totals but good luck!

Sleeper Team? I'll say, they've been sleeping for about 6 years now. If anything I guess their due to win over 6 games considering they haven't done it in years. I've already picked the 4 games I think they'll win, you must see 3 more. They average a win a month. Good Luck

I dont see the Value in paying -160 for Over 7 on San Fran

I agree over 6 wins...... they won at kc and denver last year and should have swept the chiefs,,,,, they should win atleast 3 of those games.......alos they have lost 11 in a row to SD, so their due for an upset... they also beat houston and the jets with farve last year...... add in the browns and the bengals and their an upset away from a possible 8-8

First of all I am a die hard "RAIDERS" fan, but I am real with mine. After looking at the Raiders shedule, I can see them winning 7 or more. I will say San Diego will win the division. I know the AFC West is a weak division. However KC and Den have made too many changes, and if you haven't looked at their schedule you should.. Den has a new coach, Jay Cutler is gone, Brandon Marshall don't want to be there, their road games include Balt, Wash, Indy, and Philly. (We all know when you play a team in your division, it's gonna be tough regardless ot their record. KC has a new coach, new QB, and Tony Gonzales is gone. Week 1 they go to Balt, Wk 2 home vs the Raiders, (div gm), then the next 4 weeks they play the NFC East, at Philly, home vs Giants, Dallas, then at Wash, home vs San Diego (div gm). Then they have a bye week, only to play at Jacksonville, at Oakland, home vs Pitt, at San Diego, home vs Den, and Buffalo. "DA RAIDERS" will finish in 2nd place in the AFC West.

i wish you BOL

things are pointing to a better season but there is still

so many questions with this team , I think there are

2 big factors , will they be able to stop the run ? D line

has not been able to hold up , if Kelly lives up finally to

his contract and Sands and Warren play decent will

help the LBS and DB big time .

passing game has to improve , it was fucking pathetic

and J Russ is inconsistent , who is gonna step up? Garcia?

I like Schilens and Miller , JLH capable at times , Bey

cant even catch and was a horrible pick , should have

got a OL pick , but tht being said , Gallery will not be

healthy coming into the opener I hear , OL is a concern

especilly against the bolts , I am sick of SD kicking our

ass , but I cant see the raiders beating them , would love

my prediction is a push and that would not be a disappointment

double- I am just reading over the write ups, and I can't believe how many people are with us on this. I do also love that the line is at 5.5 I had this team being 7-9, so if I can now get another game wrong, and they are 6-10, and still win, I love it.

Don't forget about who was with you before you were famous!!!

I also like the raiders to win 7 or 8 games this season by running the ball and playing good defense. But of course on Thanksgiving my Cowboys will serve up Oakland with all the trimmings, you know, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy, dressing, etc,etc.

The AFC West is very weak and the Raiders should go 3-3/ or 4-2 in the Div...

3/4+ wins seems likely out of the other 10 games ...

One of the old NFL coaches (maybe Edwards who coached in that division recently) who is now on ESPN has the Raiders as his suprise team in the NFL this season and predicts 8-8
