UFC 114 Plays (3-0 +15.9*)

Hey guys. First post on the MMA forum but I am 3-0 so far here at Covers. I have posted all of my MMA plays in the hockey thread up to this point. I figured when the hockey season coming to an end. I might as well start posting over here. I enjoy reading all of your posts. Hopefully I can add some winners as well. The plays I posted here were:

Jake Shields +340 (1*)

Manny Gamburyan +450 (1*)

Shogun Rua +160 (5*)

I am a big Rampage Jackson fan but I don't like the fact that he is an older fighter coming off a long layoff. I have a feeling that Rashad takes this fight and then Rampage gets revenge in a rematch. I think Rashad controls Rampage on the ground and wears him down, winning by decision. I may have one or two more but as of now my play for UFC 114 is:

Rashad Evans +100 (2*)

All feedback and thoughts are welcomed and appreciated. I enjoy hearing both sides to a play. Good luck guys.

I feel that the Amir/Dong fight will be relatively close... but I'm gonna take DHK at +115.  He just has more experience and I think he's being underrated here b/c of the whole "Asian Fighters don't do well in the UFC" stereotype. I know this is true as a whole... but I believe there are a few exceptions, those being DHK, Okami, and Akiyama.  These seem to hold their weight well in their respective divisions and don't seem like they're at a huge size disadvantage.  Dong is a tough cookie and I expect him to hang in there w/ Amir and pull off the UD.  But I think if we give Amir a couple more years... he'd probably take it.

Yeah, everyone keeps doubting Carwin whenever he fights. I think is underestimated and can take out Lesnar. It shall be a good fight, and I will definately be on Carwin as well.
