I'm sure we've all had a thought or two about this - after both winning and losing weeks.
THought i'd initiate a little topic - on us providing info /tips on displine plan /strategies that you've successfully implemented over time - that work for you.
They can be general so maybe more than a few people can benefit from them.

For me, nothing beats the age old, albeit corny, adage - know when to say when.  Just like drinking, you get into the most trouble when you go overboard chasing.  If you're having a rough day, week, whatever, take a break and refocus to come back stronger.

I don't chase. In fact, I'm more likely to add a late play if I'm having a strong day. If I lose my first 3, I know that it's just not my day and I lay off 'cause one is likely to lose that one too.

Great advice guys - i have definitely learned to 'throw it back into neutral' when I'm having an off day.
I'm still trying to manage the "dont keep betting" if its the 'last' day of the week (i go thru a bookie).
Its very hard when u're having a negative week - especially if mediocre amount of units (4-6) - and u like something thats like the 'last' game of the night (and betting week) - for you NOT to bet it ..then again - what if you absolutely love it /great research /etc. ???
