patience my friend, we have a few days. Just needed to get the record up

Thoughts:
The overreaction will be to

Germany's 4-0 win over Argentina thinking they're better than they are, while Spain hasn't been as good as advertised. I think La Furia Roja is

more talented, though, and they have a better defense. Muller is going to be missed, as well.

I also don't think Uruguay is dead. Brazil seemed to lose their

composure and they still could have tied it up to go to ET. No Suarez

is very unfortunate for URU, as Forlan will move from a set-up guy to

the scorer and I think that hurts them a ton offensively. If it went to

PK's they look pretty strong, and this may be the team of destiny

after surviving against Ghana...

leans:
Spain to advance
-If they become a dog to advance I will be on them. Everyone's overreacting to how well Germany played yesterday, while Spain looked bad because they played a team that seriously cares about defense. Like them to win in regulation, but I'm gonna wait and see what happens to the line because I think the only way this moves is toward the Germans.
Uruguay +1
-Tough to see this team losing by 2, even with the absence of Suarez. Diego Forlan is a magician with the ball and the Dutch have relied on a counter-attack this entire tournament. I'm not sure they'll have the chances like they have against other teams and I honestly think Uruguay can take this one...

On the other side on both.  Spain hasn't looked one game in the entire tournament.  Most recently against Paraguay their passing was horrendous.  Germany is far better at finishing its chances and will win this by 2+ goals IMO

Don't forget that this is still the same Uruguayan team that had to qualify for the World Cup in a playoff against Costa Rica (that they barely won).  Now they don't have Suarez and I think their defense will get picked apart by the Dutch.

Yeah, I'm not playing Uruguay without Suarez unless I get an extreme price on the +1, which I won't.

Don't think Germany wins by 2 goals here as I continue to harp on

match-ups so far not letting Spain show their class. I will say Torres

has been god-awful compared to the billing he's had going into the

tournament, but La Furia Roja has plenty besides him and I think they

were prepared for his injury affecting him.

sad to see Uruguay go...

adding:
Spain to Advance (+100) vs. Germany: 1/1 (local)
Trying to bob-n-weave on this German team as I had them against Argentina where they looked like world-beaters. I'm not sure they can knock out the Spaniards who have been a favorite in this tournament since day one. While they have certainly not played as well offensively as everyone expected, I think that was largely due to their opponent's strategy not a lack of creativity. Getting the better keeper here and a more talented offensive team who is not missing any key players is a really big thing at this point in the tournament, and it's about time for somebody to give David Villa some help.

good luck

Leans:
-Considering the 3rd place game OVER like everyone here, but i'm not

sure if it's worth -137 on o2.5 or if I should try and save some juice

with the 2.5, 3 at -111...

Thoughts?

probably the last play barring a 2H that jumps out at me in the finale...

adding:
Uruguay-Germany OVER 2.5 (-137): 1.37/1 (5Dimes)
Forlan and Suarez should want to show their skills out there tomorrow and the German counter attack will suck 'em and spit back out some runs. Getting Mueller back should be big for Deutschland, and I think the goalies in this match-up are pretty weak. History's on our side, too, with every 3rd place match since 1978 registering 3 or more goals. Hate the juice, but I laid 150 before so why should I be afraid of the big chalk??

good luck
