Ellis traded and a short bench tonight....not to mention how this might effect the locker room.

This will be a LARGE and very fun pick tonight. St.Louis is 10-5 ATS and surprising many although in the very weak NFC West and led by a rookie QB.
STL is 3-1 ATS when favored and Seattle is 4-8 ATS when underdog.
Rams already beat Seattle like a drum in October 20-3. In that game Bradford outplayed Hassleback by throwing for 289 yards, 2tds, 1pick vs. 191 yards 1 pick and both were sacked 4 times.
Seattle Offense vs. STL Defense: (Note: Most one sided advantage I have capped in the NFL this season for games I played)
#23 in scoring (19.60) vs. #14 defense (20.80)
#32 in rushing yards (85.53) vs. #15 defense (111.27)
#23 pass completion % vs. #7 defense (57.30)
#26 in interceptions (1.33) vs. #16 defense (.93)
#20 in sacks allowed vs. #4 defense (2.87)
#26 in total turnovers (2.0) vs. #14 defense (1.67)
#20 offensive penalties (6.27) vs. #1 defense (7.93)
#30 in time of possesion (27:03) vs. #16 defense
ADVANTAGE: In a landslide the advantage ST LOUIS RAMS
STL Offense vs. Seattle Defense:
#25 offense (18.87) vs. #29 defense (26.73)
#23 rushing (102.70) vs. #22 defense (123.73)
#19 passing yards (208.73) vs. #29 defense 257.13)
#13 INT's (0.93) vs. #25 defense (0.73)
#13 sacks allowed (2.07) vs. #13 (2.27)
#8 total turnovers (1.33) vs. #24 (1.40)

Houston is coming off of a loss to the Mavericks at home without Yao. McGrady has been hurt, but getting better and Yao pretty much owns the Wizards in the past.
Wizzards are playing again without Arenas, Haywood, and Daniels is iffy.
Rockets have covered 3 out of last 4 after a loss
Rockets 5-1 last 6 against Wizz
Rockets 5-0 last 5 SU against Wizz
Rockets 22-8 ATS last 30 Friday games
Wizz 3-7 last 10 ATS
I think Rockets will be up for this game after losing to Washington and Jamison/Butler had to play alot and very hard against Atlanta and will have a little down game in fatigue this early in the season.
Houston Rockets 102
Washington Wizards 88

Never been a big fan of Francis and Brandon Webb is a stud. AZ hitting will score more than enough for Webb at home tonight.
