Why is Giants only +103 in my Locals Site but Tigers are -150...

I placed a live bet of under 11 on giants and reds game and its currently at 11...
if the total ends at 11 exactly do I lose or is it a push snce its at 11?

Posting my plays online to have a record of my bets and practicing Bank Roll Management somewhat. =)
Current Record 2/3/0. Starting Bankroll is $10,000 and its currently at $9770. Minimum bet of $200 per game and max bet of $500 per game.
Green Bay -3 = Risking 315 to win 300.
I really like Green Bay in this game. I may raise this bet to $500 later on but will update my post if I do.
