3 pointers

All CBB is just a 3 point jump shooting contest now,no such thing as trying to run plays or get it inside, just picks and bombs away, not really much else going on.
They did to move the 3 point line back, this is just boring basketball, unless the team you bet on is hitting their 3s.Can't have been what they wanted when they changed it.

A good read.

Never lay Chalk against K State. Everytime I do Bill Snyder kicks my ass and about anyone who he plays. Unreral win at OU Saturday, abd Stoops had an extra week to prepare and still got his ass coached off.

K State second best team in the Big 12 behind West Virginia. They pound Miami and beat OU in their own house after a bye week. Collin Klein second best QB in the Big 12 behind Geno Smith and Bill Snyder the best coach in the Big 12 and perhaps in the nation...and he won that award last year.

OU's Landry Jones - Most overrated QB in the country - Bryan Leonard told me that last week on a TV show in Vegas and I agree totally now with his expert assesment.

Oregon is a machine that no one wants to play. Unreal performance last night and BY FAR Better than USC....Best team in the PAC 12 and maybe top 5 or 6 in the USA. Alabama's defense would struggle to hold them to 28 or under.

Missouri might not make it to a Bowl game this year. Totally out matched in most SEC games this year that are upcoming , Arkansas the exception.

Arkansas - WTF? enough said,. Looking for a new coach ASAP...!

Ohio U and Minney undefeated - Ohio U the better team and Frank Solich can coach...all star QB in Telleton..Best Team in the MAC in my coached for sure.

Georgia is a Live Dark Horse - LSU not all that. Alabama the kinmg of ther SEC but there could be another showing on Georgia's part for the SEC Title ... [More]

What is wrong with this guy, granted the Giants got lucky to get to the bottom of 9th,but now they are tied,
so on a switch he puts Huff at second,he has already let balls go thru him at first today,he is 0-4 and hitting nothing this year,so why was it important to keep his bat in the game? And then of course he was lost at second base and his non play cost the Giants a chance to bat in the 10th,
what a stupid move by a Mgr.that Ive never been totally sold on,but he won a WS so Ive tried to ignore the fact I think he is a MORON.

Bet the Dogs in April,A touts write up.

Winning in the early part of the MLB season is easy.

Actually, it’s easy but it’s also very hard.

Why is it easy? It’s easy because there’s a very simple formula to win. It’s proven over many games over many seasons (about 3,000 games over roughly ten seasons).

Why is it hard? It’s hard because it goes against your natural inclinations. It’s very hard for most people to follow this very simple formula so most do not, and most lose.

So what is the formula? Bet all underdogs.

….dramatic pause…

Is that it? Nothing more complex?

Yup. That’s it. And, here’s the proof:

If you had simply bet $100 on all underdogs in April the last eight years, you would have won $11,412 (over $1,400 profit per season on average).

If you instead bet all favorites, you would have lost $25,763 (Over $3,200 in losses per year).

That’s a $37,175 difference based on one simple rule.

Here’s a yearly breakdown, betting underdogs in April (one losing season out of eight):

2004: +$2,135
2005: -$840
2006: +$270
2007: +$125
2008: +$3,180
2009: +$2,560
2010: +$783
2011: +$3,199

Conversely, betting favorites (100% losing seasons – and losing big):

2004: -$3,915
2005: -$720
2006: -$1,965
2007: -$2,075
2008: -$5,240
2009: -$4,090
2010: -$2,648
2011: -$5,110

Why does this opportunity exist? Because it’s very hard for bettors to avoid betting favor... [More]

Why would he take out Masterson?
Only 99 pitches and never in trouble,at least you let him start the 9th and see how he does, then if bad you can still put in Perez to blow the game,
Congrats to Tor.betters.

#16 team

ILL ranked that high in the country, went from 4.22 left in the game with 53 points, scored 2 points with 22 secs left and lost by 2,almost 4&1/2 mins with 2 points shows that again in another sport the BIG TEN is overrated.
Nothing about Penn St leaves me to believe they are a shut down defense and really only have one top player,so its just another team from that conf.that played a bunch of weak teams to pad their # of wins.
And yes I had the sec half over 68 but thats not the reason I had to write this, but it gave me a reason to want to vent on the always overrated conf.,0-5 on New Years bowl games,

I have under 99 in sec half of Boston game, after a 37 point 3rd 1/4 its starting to look like Im going to lose, why
46 fouls called and 63 foul shots with 9 mins to go,this is getting to be a normal thing now,in college and Pros, way to many fouls are being called.
I wondered why it was taking the game so long, now I know why.

I know its a pre=season game, but this Rookie from Butler is going to be a player I believe,
8 for 10 on shots  10 of 11on FTs,now it wasnt against the starting 5 of the Lakers, but I think Utah might just have made the best pick at end of the first round.

As long as Leyland is the Mgr they will always suck,so Coke hit a couple guys, they hadnt hit him yet and he had 2 outs.He has nt been bad for awhile, but lets put in a pitcher with a 6+era on the road instead to give up the lead. hes a MORON.

I can not believe I hit it,bet it last night when I read on the WNBA site that the starters were not playing today, then see them all playing in the FH and just had to laugh.I gave the best team in the WNBA 8 points,

Played the FH under that hit-humble,thanks-so figured I saved my money, way to go WASH.

away team runs

Anyone like the road teams to score more runs, its at +162,Ive never seen it that high, with a quick glance at pitchers and not alot of games, might be worth a play.Just looking for what others think.

Why foul down 7 with 6 secs left, all it did was cost me a sec half cover, what do they have a college coach?Made no sense to me.

Posted Monday, April 05, 2010 05:50 PM

anyone see the play in Atl.?

Runner on first with no outs, ball hit to center and dives for ball,he loses it when he hits the ground and picks it up,throws it to first for a double play,

Boston U-VCU

Over 147.5,been riding the over on BU in Conf.Tour. and post season, now they play VCU who likes to run, will probally take FH over when it comes out tomorrow, unless its way high, but would take 73-74 over. Now I dont like taking over 71 in FH,but hit VCU FH over last game at 73.5 I think it was.BU and Morehead scored 75 in FH their last game.

take a look at the scores in Boston U games, you might agree with me,GL if you do or dont.
