Matt Leinart Should Never Start Another NFL Game

Yes, he has a noodle arm, but that is not he didn't have success...Matt simply never put the time in. He was never the first one to practice or the last one to leave, which is essential for an NFL quarterback trying to start a career. (in this case for the 2nd time!)

Had Leinart ever put the work in, he could have been a left handed Chad Pennington, which is not a bad thing.

Teams need to hire me as a consultant on their draft picks.

Probably a lot of us here are smarter than some of the people who make decisions on who they draft.

Everybody fell in love with Leinart. They fell in love with the fact that he was in "Hollywood" and was an icon in Southern California. People glorify that part of the country for some reason (I live in the bay area so I've been to Southern California plenty of times, it's not THAT great).

Leinart should have been a 4th or 5th rounder I thought. People thought I was crazy because he did so well at USC. That's because he had talent around him. He was in a gimmicky offense that masked his deficiencies.

I watched the same games the Arizona personnel did, how did they not see what I saw?

And don't get me started on Jamarcus Russel and the Raiders...
