Preface
Against my better judgment, I decided to bet Michigan and Northwestern yesterday. Bad mistake, and the product of being bored on a sunday evening! Oh well. I keep telling myself I can't bet 9-12-15 games a day and be profitable..but I keep coming out above 60% basically every day. So, until I have a day where I just get screw jobbed from betting so much, I'll continue to bet the games I think I can win.

Looking to keep the success going this week...

Jett any particular reason for the GT lean? louisville on a roll and fighting for conf title, GT with virtually no chance for anything but an NIT bid. Louisville clearly the bettr team. Just wondering what yourthoughts are here? Thanks.

Why: I originally thought Charleston, but after capping the game I think Chattanooga is the play. Chattanooga at home is tough. It's lone two losses came to Wofford early in the year and a god Davidson team. Charleston has not been playing that well lately. It seems like every game they have played lately was a struggle, minus the beatdown they just gave a bad G. Southern team. I think they come out lack luster again and a hot Chattanooga team takes they down. Chatt is playing good ball and their home crowd will be energized tonight...It'll come down to the end, and Chatt will walk away with a big W.

Kansas +3

Why: With or without Griffin, I was taking Kansas. I really like this team alot. OU not having Griffin is just the icing on the cake IMO. They have speed, athleticism and they can do it all. I like how they get down on you and play defense. At OU? Doesn't matter IMO. I'm taking the Jayhawks and I feel pretty confident about it.

A very average performance against App St, getting dominated by Citadel (twice), they were only up 3 on Catamounts with 3:00 to go. Before Davidson they won 1 of their last 4. Look it, they are good but to say they have been playing good is a farce. They may cover tonight but minus the Davidson and GSU game this team has not been playing well, they are squeaking by with wins due to competition.



BOL if you played CoC my friend and thanks for dropping in and giving an opinion. I respect it and can see where you are coming from, I just respectfully disagree. GL tonight.

Stick...I liked Kansas before Griff was out, but with him out I just don't see OU winning. Kansas is a MUCH better team than Texas. They have good size and they have speed. I like them here, OU will be tough at home but without their star there is much less room for error. I don't see the Warren kid having another career day (the guy was insane against UT).

Eeek...first losing day since posting but I won the big one, the one that matters so we will take profit anyday even though I cannot stand being below .500. We'll move on tomo and get them back!

Wow! So then that was a great win with Kansas then! How do you determine a large play? Is it a hyped up game or your confidence level?

Its a confidence level thing. Sometimes its a big game sometimes its a game that is with 2 shit teams. Everything has to be right for a large, that includes public betting, line movement and how I cap the game. Thats why I generally don't know if it'll be a LARGE until closer to tip, because I watch line movement.

Ultimately though, its how confident I feel with the game...and if I like it a lot I make it a large.

The way I bet is I make things 1 unit across the board. I used to do 2-3 units and such but it always seemed like my lesser unit plays hit more than my upper units...so I scratched it.

To me, a large play is 5 units....5x what I normally bet. It can be whatever you desire...some people just double it their bet on larges. For me though, its 5x what I normally bet on a regular game.
