$1500 Packers -7 -120Ok so we get a rematch of last weeks game where the Vikings pulled out a win at home against these Packers to secure a spot in todays game at Green Bay. Green By was without a couple of key players last week and will get Randall Cobb and most likely Charles Woodson for this game today. Those two players are 2 of the most important players for the Packers on each side of the ball. Randall Cobb is a playmaker and the Packers use him in many different schemes, as well as on special teams. Cobb has proven to be one of Rodgers favorite targets as the season has progressed and he can stretch any defense. The Vikings had a difficult time stopping the Packers in the second half, but we're able to put up 37 and out score the Packers. The Vikings put everything they had into the game last weekend, and the Packers were able to hang around, but didn't have the sense of urgency, especially on defense because they didn't have much to gain by winning that game. $2000 Oregon -7 (-120) **Max Bet**I know, two nights in a row I'm backing the public fav. Very rare for myself to be doing this especially with a team as good as Kansas St. has proven to be. You can throw strength of schedule at me. But how did that work out last night with FL who had the #1 SOS in the country compared to Louisville #105. The coaching aspect in this game evens itself out as we have 2 of the best in the nation, although Bill Snyder has done it for a longer period of time. When I look at games tho, it comes down to match ups for me, and as much as I'd like to jump on the dog here with the 7.5, I just can't do it for a number of reasons. 
First let's look at that Oregon game vs. Stanford, since I know this is going to be a topic of discussion and big reason why people are going to jump on K St. Just so everyone knows, I actually had a max bet on Stanford in that game and a unit on the ML. As we know now, Stanford was very underrated IMO, and has proven they are one of the best teams in the nation. Oregon threw away opportunity after opportunity in that game. They missed two 40 fg, turned the ball over on downs 2-3 times in Stanford territory and one of those was at the 5 yard line. SUGAR BOWL ANALYSIS Ok so this game is similar to last nights game, in that the Gators have the advantage at every position basically except for the QB position. Last night I thought that Lynch could keep the Huskies within reaching distance. I was wrong tho, the mis match at the offensive and defensive line was too much for NIU to handle from the start. What I'll be looking at early tho is if Bridgewater is 100% after recovering from a broken left wrist and an ankle injury. He hasn't played a full game for almost two months so i would expect some rust in the first half at least. I expect Strong to be very conservative offensively in the early going, while its still a close game and let Bridgewater gain some confidence with some shorter throws.

$500 NC State +7.5I've got to take the points here with NC State. Although NC State has been very inconsistent at times this year, I'd like to think they will show up for this bowl game. This team is full of senior leadership and they want to go out on a winning note. The key for them in this game will be stopping the ground game of Vanderbilt and making Vandy throw the bowl more than it wants to. Rodgers doesn't have the ability to make accurate downfield throws over and over. Vandy has won 6 straight to end the season, but against very easy opponents. Now I don't like to dis credit teams for winning games, but I think that has to be mentioned. NC State ability to move the ball relies heavily on senior QB Mike Glennon. Expect a lot of short throws or screens to slow this Vandy pass rush down early. If NC states can somehow get a running game going that could be the difference as well. Just a small play here on the first half tonight. The side is a coin flip in my mind. I Expect WKU to win but they haven't been very impressive the second half of the season. I'm also not willing to back a CMU team that has a a lot of trouble stopping the run. From what I've seen of these two team, both seem to struggle to sustain drives. I think it gets off to a slow start with both defenses being superior than the two offense early. They may make adjustment in the second half to push the game over, which is why I'm on the Under first half. BOL!
