3-3 last week. Some plays.....West Virginia +7
Northern Illinois -2.5
Boston College +7
Kansas St. +8
Couch burners 4-1 ATS last 5 against Sooners. Maybe Holgorsen has Stoops' number. Like seven points in my pocket in what should be an entertaining game. NIU 21-1 SU, and 17-5 ATS last 22 OTR. They just know how to win. CMU one dimensional with the ball. Rice played some good teams, and are a little more balanced on offense. Grabbed the hook. Think they play inside the number at home. Dukies off GT win. BC all banged up, but think make it a grind game. Special teams could be kill this one. Snyder worth a look when dogged. KSU 4-0 ATS last 4 against OKST. See what happens. Cowboys off nail biter in Texas with Gundy dancing in the locker room. See what happens.
Have a few more on the radar. Might add, might not. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

1-0 last time out. Thursday Night Football....Kansas City -3 -120
Denver owns KC of late, but new season and tough scenario this time. Peyton got smacked around by Baltimore, and now traveling to Arrow Head on a short week. Hate paying -120, but my line hasn't budged all week. Is what it is.
Will have a Sunday thread, but also played Buffalo +1.5 earlier in the week. See how we do. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

2-3 last week. Played these this morning, as I'm not sure I'll get better numbers later in the week......Tulsa +31
Georgia St. +46
Western Kentucky +1
Oklahoma off Tennessee win, with West Virginia on deck. Tulsa has a pulse on offense, backdoor might be open. Georgia St. in the middle of MSU / Utah sandwich. Adams less than 100%. Toppers gonna miss Allen, but I trust Doughty to pick up the slack. See what happens. Will have more later in the week. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

Thursday Night Football.....Pittsburgh +7
Both teams missing significant players from last year. Big number offered to the Steelers. Patriots struggled in their last two Week 1 games. Think both teams move the ball, so I'll grab a full TD. Cheers to a new season. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

First week in the books. 3 plays to get week 2 started.....Wake Forest +4.5
Michigan St. -3.5
Orange gonna miss Hunt. Back to the well with Vandy, only this time they don't have to win a football game. Like them to hang inside the number. Think Sparty gets it right this year. Even if Adams is 100%, he hasn't seen a defense like this before.
Will have more plays throughout the week. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

Gonna see how many days in a row I can do 100 burpees. Those are with a pushup and a jump knee tuck. I've been doing 10 sets of 10, with either an ab or shoulder exercise, also 10 sets of 10.
I'm 4 days into it, with today completed. I haven't exactly been timing myself, but I've looked at the clock. The first two days took almost 30 minutes. The last two days have been right at 20 minutes.
It might not sound difficult, but it's a ball buster when you try to do it as fast as possible. Just doing this to supplement the running and strength training I've been doing. Change it up a little bit. see how we do.

Football season is finally here, and I'm pumped. I'm coming off two of my best seasons, but doesn't mean jack for this year. The gambling Gods are a fickle bunch and if you don't respect them, you can get hurt. The NCAA FB forum is probably my favorite on this site. So many knowledgeable gamblers and football minds in here. I've learned a ton over the last few years, and have this board to thank for it.
As for this season, I'm not gonna wow anyone with matchup analysis or X's and O's. Truth is, I can't. I didn't grow up playing the game. But this is 'Merica and I love football, college football in particular. These are kids, not pros. Crazy sh!t will happen. There will be letdowns, look aheads, flat spots, and sh!t that makes no damn sense at all. All we can do as gamblers is try and spot these scenarios before they happen, and get a good number doing so.
3 plays to get it started.....
Ohio St. -13
I know WKU returns a ton from last year, but so does Vandy. Kinda, sorta just going against this line move. Grabbing more than a TD at home with the Rainbows. The island can be tricky. Already feel like a sucker backing OSU. That said, I do think Urban gets his guys motivated for this one. Just don't see VT scoring all that much. 24-10 or 17-3 gets it done for me.

Saw 'em for the second time last night, and were light years better than when I saw them 5 years ago. Same venue as last time, Pier 6 in Baltimore. Super tight, sax and keys were killing it. Excellent set list, mostly from '03-'06. Best show I've seen in awhile.

Second half, here we go. 3 plays.....
Tampa Bay +130
I'll take Odorizzi over Hutch at this price. Rays are scrappy. Think Fiers gets hit, and Morton does enough to get the W. De La Rosa been nice OTR. Not a fan of Shields. See what happens. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

0-1 yesterday. 2 plays.....Boston +110
Kansas City +120
Never really know what to expect from Dickey. Buccholz has been pretty good, and the Sox doing more damage against RHP of late. Like McCullers, but he's struggled with control in his last 3 starts. KC is the toughest team to whiff, and could give him fits. Just need Blanton to go 5 or 6, and turn it over to the pen. See what happens. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

Stras looked like his old self last time out. Rays on a nice run with Archer. Sox are banged up. Chalky and not very creative play, but I think they are the right sides. See what happens. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL

Fading Scherzer off the no-no and consecutive CG shutouts. Admittedly that's all I got. He's in uncharted territory, and I feel like gambling. Fading Lohse at Miller Park. His surface stats don't show it, but Trevor May has been nice OTR. I'll grab him as a dog here. Bettis is under the radar, while Hudson is likely headed to the DL after this start. I'll play against him as chalk. See what happens. Insight and comments always welcome. BOL
