Both teams come in off 2 full days of rest having not played since Friday. The Nuggets got smoked while the Raptors won a close one at home. The Raptors are in the midst of playing 10 of 12 on the road in 21 days. This is getting back out on the road after Fridays win. The Nuggets have this home game then travel East for the next 5 encounters of this young season.
We know George Karl teams, they play fast and hard and being at home try and use that altitude to their advantage. Also, a concern with the Nuggets is their 67% FT percentage. Well, that is but at the same time the Raptors allow 26 FTA's per game, which on average is a higher number than league normal. So perhaps, if all plays out true that can make up some of the difference.
