i have been buying picks from these professional cappers and still losing is there a guarentee way of winning???

Only if you can see the future, IMO. There was a movie with Nicholas Cage were he could see the future events something like 20 seconds before happening.

I think only a guy who could do that can offer you guarantees on winning.

There is always a risk involved, that's why they call it gambling.

But it sucks when somebody else gives you the losing picks and you pay him. At least you could try to pick the games by your self or follow some free picks or cappers.

1.  Never use a tout

I just read on yahoo answers that if smoke enough weed you can travel into the future... but there's no guarantee about the quality of predicitons... I think it depends upon the weed...
