Sports Interaction Card Processing Issue

Is anyone else having credit/debit/gift card issues using Sports Interaction over the last 48 hours?

The site normally has reliable and swift processing, but according to a rep I spoke with a few hours ago, due to "high volume" the processing system could not complete the transaction.

They have posted a message I have not seen before, stating that card transactions process best on weekdays and mornings.

I have only experienced this problem with Sports Interaction once before...and thusly I was unable to get the card transaction to process until early Sunday morning.

If anyone knows any further info, or can offer advice, I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you, thank you, Chrystal and the Sports Interaction Support Team! The deposit cleared this morning, using the team's directives.

The trouble was that the type of Visa gift card I normally use, now has a small processing fee -- thus the amount of the transaction kept going over the balance of the card.

Now this degenerate is back in action!

Crystal is VERY pleasant on the phone when helping me with my issue as well.  Now we'll see if she follows through on Monday as promised.  BOL with the new funds!!!

Love sportsinteraction so far been a member for almost 2 months only but really enjoy them, they are very friendly, love the live betting, great book IMO.
