Losing His Stripes: Tiger's P(awful) Performance Promises Big Profits

First of all, what's not to envy about the life and times of Tiger Woods. He is the best golfer on the planet. He has a beautiful bombshell of a wife. He is blessed with children. Oh, and did I fail to mention the millions?

However, as I compose this thread Tiger is almost half way through the third round of the 2009 Masters. He is +1 today and -1 overall; the leaders, Chad Campbell and Kenny Perry (yet to tee off) are nine under par for the tournament.

Whether you adore a team or individual athletic talent, it is your duty as a degenerate gambler to seek, find, and bet based on value.

So today my friends...and tomorrow, of course...I'm wishing the worst for Tiger's golf game.

But personally, like almost everyone, I would trade lives with Tiger Woods in less than a heartbeat.

Here are my remaining Odds to Win wagers most likely to payoff -- as of 3:00 p.m. CST Saturday:

Kenny Perry +2000 (-11)
Chad Campbell +1100 (-10)
Steve Stricker +5000 (-6)
Jim Furyk +900 (-6)
Tim Clark +2400 (-6)
Hunter Mahan +1100 (-4)

Remember, don't hate the player. Hate the line.

Props to Tiger for gutting it out today, finishing at -4.

The current leader, Kenny Perry, is -12 through ten holes.

I'm no Tiger historian, but suffice to say that an Easter comeback would be record setting.

Regardless, Tiger deserves at least one Jaeger Bomb.

Tiger had me sweating it out... put 180 on him shooting lower than 70.5.  Nice par putt on 18 Tiger!

Tiger is nearly automatic for making the best of a crappy round. Congrats! No matter the sport, I love it when a team or athlete fulfills my wager...by the seat of their pants.
