That evening there were about 10 NHL games scheduled so I decided to take an NBA lock (Suns over Nets I think) and parlay it with each NHL underdog for $5 (like I said, I'm new at this so I didn't feel comfortable spending a lot of $). I went to work for the day (I'm a highschool history teacher, Pacific time zone) and when I came home I was so excited to see how well I did. Since that day I repeated your "experiment" and it has been so fun. Because I was making small plays I got a little greedy and took my chances on the Hornets over the Nets last weekend, because the ML payed off better. It was a disappointment but my hands were tied. The betting site that I have been using is called superbook.com and their lines/ml's/etc. don't come out until the day of the games. Additionaly, I was unable to follow you on what NBA team you were going to take that day. Anyway, I'm sorry that this comment has been so long but I felt obligated to tell you my story and say "thank you!" With the NHL and NBA regular seasons coming to an end I wanted to take advantage of every opportunity that was left to use your "experiment." I don't know what the boundaries are when it comes to etiquette/appropriateness in the sportsbetting world but I was wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing your daily NBA/ML pick with me (and any other advice, etc. that you might like to offer)?
