As a Knicks fan, I hope they don't make this trade

Gallinari, Felton and Chandler ?   How much more offense will Carmelo bring. The Knicks will take 2 steps back with this trade.

I still don't know why they are willing to pursue this now. The Knicks can't beat Boston,Orlando or Miami in the playoffs.

Wait till free agency, this is a no brainer.

melo doesnt want to wait to free agency, way too much money to lose.

as you know, even if melo did wait to FA, chandler would be gone so they could afford him.

swapping felton and billups is basically a wash. gallo for melo is a no brainer.

you can always find another wc or gallo, hard to find another melo.

Denver will gain some size, and address their problem of controlling the paint against bigger teams. They will lose some offense, but they still have shooters on the team.

Losing Billups will be hard for the team to overcome. He is a leader, and lends a hand to the coaching staff instilling some discipline among the players. The Nuggets will be a fade until the new players and remaining players meld into a new system.

Hopefully we won't need to read anymore of your crybaby blog entries that are 5 lines long.

The Knicks are the biggest market in basketball. They need star power! Melo probably would have went to NJ if the Knicks couldn't get the deal done. Melo isn't about to lose 20M, as he has said numerous of times
