Colorado has won 4 straight

Phillies have lost 4 of 5 and returns from a long west coast road trip, but have had one day off

Hammels overall has pitched well on the road and colorado overall has played well on the road

Moyer overall has pitched poorly at home - phils have played very well at home last 4 weeks, but before that were horrible at home this year

Phils are scoring 2.33 runs per game last 6 games(offense has cooled off considerably)

Rockies are scoring 5.25 runs per game last 4 games(heating up)

only glaring negative i see for colorado is that they do not hit lefties that well on the road, but who knows what their current form was at the previous times they faced lefties on the road

so i am leaning rockies here as i think the phils are a little over valued right now - thoughts?

I like the team streaks  Phi L2   Col W4, but not so much the pitching streaks Moyer W1 vs. Hammel L2. You could say phillies are due for a win and Col due for a loss or you can say Moyer due for a loss and Hammel due for a win!! Tough one, leaning toward the Home team needing a big W, and you gotta figure one of these days the phillies bats are gonna wake up!!!!!!! Best of luck which ever route you take!

agree guys - i like betting on the streak rather than against it, and hate to say a team is due, even though sometimes they are...

I'm waiting for time to catch up with the old man, could be 2night.  They had a day to rest too so the jet lag might not come into play as far as the long flight goes.
