KANSAS CITY  + 3

i played this game early at + 4,  i like KC   to win
if  this game was played 3 wks ago the line might have been around 10 .

KC got off to a horrible start losing charles and also a key was the health of Cassel he got hurt in the last pre season game with greenbay with bruised Ribs and shouldn't have been playing .

thought to be one of the worst teams in the league after wk 3. rebounded with 3 wins
not great talent but i think this team is a gritty well coached team that will compete with anyone especially at home .

The CHARGERS  put great emphasis on getting out to a better start this year i would say their better start has a lot to do with the teams they have played ,

the chargers only road win was  29-24 win at DENVER................ a game they had to hang on to win .
now thing of how stinky DENVER was yesterday.... horrible

in the past the team and  coach Turner seem to be big screw ups the thing that usually saved them was Rivers

.this year Rivers don't look the same he's not playing at the high level as in the past, GATES cant run anymore he's no factor
the chargers have no , no running game  if they are first and goal at the 1 they are hard pressed to score

i look for the chiefs to win this game take the points .

yep norv turner is shitty coach. chargers have been a super bowl favorite in alot of peoples minds for years now, reality is, their not that good of a team. imo their a decent team in a rotten division. last few years anyways.

Also Kansas City placed most the pre-season work on conditioning.  It showed big time last week, as they wore Oakland out on both sides of the ball after the half. The skill players are starting to gel, after little to no pre-season drills. Those practices came in weeks one and two.  But the biggest gains came in both lines play. I think Rivers is going to be looking like a deer in the headlights, feeling heat from Hali and  Derrick Johnson.

KC has least QB hurries to date this year in the league at a whopping 9......................so not sure what you mean by feeling heat from KC Defensive line?

As for KC's three-game winning streak, I'm not all that impressed as those victories came against Minnesota (with McNabb at the helm), Indy (winless) and an Oakland team that just lost it's quarterback. I think KC reverts back towards the form of how they were to start the year, when they gave up big numbers through the air and were blown out by the better teams in the league, losing to Buffalo and Detroit by 34 and 45 points. Im not calling for a 20-point win by the Chargers but I do expect them to win by more than a touchdown................and once again win the yardage battle both on the ground and through the air (in first meeting this year the Chiefs didn't have a first down until the second half, and finished with just 252 yards total (SD had 375) )

Yeah but the chargers still only won by 3?.........But now the chiefs are gettin their shit together, playing better as a whole and the chargers arent too good on the road. Just like john gruden said last week on the mnf commercial when he picked the jags. He sees KC winning outright....
