NY GIANTS + 7.5

Remembering past Trends   in the Coflin Manning era,  the giants are a great bet getting points  especially on the road they seem to play better.

The Giants went into Foxboro as a 9 point dog and beat the Patriots SU.... the patriots last home loss was 2006 .

Looking at the Saints i don't see the same team as in the Superbowl year and leading up to that year .

The type of play  from the Saints  this year is similar to the team i saw get beat last January by an 8-9 seattle team,  in last year playoff game

Drew Brees 11 INTS in 10 games  seems to be getting hit lot more . i can see the Giants pass Rush  creating problems for him tonight .

The Saints have benefited so far from an easy schedule with 3 loses  yet they have managed to lose to Tampa and St Louis and just squeak Carolina . the first game losing to the packers the final score was misleading the packers dominated the game.

Marque wins for the Saints i guess you could say they only had 1 the 40-33 win vs Houston ....... 3 point win vs a Questionable Atlanta team no big deal and an early seaon win against at that time a clueless Bears team who couldn't do anything right .

i really don't understand this line from what i've watched this year  good chance for a SU win   but how can you go wrong here getting 7.5 is a gift .

Take  the Points !!

I like your the points you make about the Giants,,,You are one of the better NFL cappers on the msb.

I see this game differently,

through the eyes of the oddsmakers, .... the linesmakers know what you just said?.....its still fresh on everybodys mind the Giants /Pats game........

*Check out the Saints MNF record at home last 3 yrs

*remember the superbowl runner-ups last yr.....Pitts....they come to New Orleans and no cover

*Saints are a better team then last yr. (not by much, but the superbowl hangover is done. Brees wil be in the zone.

*Check the NY GIants prime time Monday night, Sunday Night ATS last 3 yrs. (Not good)

*Vegas loves NY MOney the most if you have not noticed.

Saints win tonigh I think by 10+ although when i went to make the bet I switched it to ML Saints because there is a reall good chance for a backdoor cover with the GIants, but I cant back Eli on Monday Night, Remember last yr. on a Prime time game in Indy, they got beat by like 20+ points I see the same type of game from the Saints that Indy gave the Giants,,,,,,The GIants dont show up on Prime time ......You think it has something to do with Vegas?  ( I think so ) = They love that dirty NY money and there will be lots of it tonight for VEGAS !!

but im looking at the saints from last years playoff game thru this season so far,

I don't see the Superbowl team of 3 years ago i see a team that can be challenged and beat  by the mediocre to poor teams

so to lay over a TD to a team that showed 3 weeks ago that they could beat a team that hasn't lost a  home regular season game  in 5 years .

the giants dominated the game with the patriots  the final score was deceiving.

The giants got 9 points that game did Vegas suck out the NY money on that one ?

i said three years ago with the superbowl actually it was two years ago but  what i meant is they were an elite team the year before also and that's what's in people's brains

, i've watched them this year not the same elite team,  they have to struggle to win games .against the  mediocre . not a team that's worthy laying over a TD to a good team coming off a bad loss

Its people like you that keep my head a little bit balanced, I was going to lay more on the Saints but will back off, you have valid points. for backing NY here, I am actually a Eli Fan, I like the Kid.....

One thing about the Patriots game, I am so glad they won, I had them with the +9 I will never forget, ....Eli going up to Top Brady before the Super Bowl game to give him a handshake, and Tom Not shaking his hand and giving him a dirty look.........Did anybody see this?

Ever since then when I was rooting for Eli to Kick Tom's ass, and he has......man that Bad Karma shit is for real!!!!!

Plus the New England Game was no Prime Time Game, Vegas Loves NY on a prime time game chk it out.....

I dont know th ATS but from memory of every Prime Time Game, Giants ATS is very  very poor, rarly do they cover

Superbowl yr, they played on Thursday night in CLeveland and got beat!!!!!!! outright by BRADY QUINN!!!!!

Dree Breees shines like an on Prime Time

*Indy last yr.....beat by 20+

*clevland thursday night 2yrs ago lost by 7 or so?

*Philly last sunday night lost outright at home.

little hung over but right off the top of my head i go through like a computer and it just hits a   on Every Giants Prime time game......

I know they have covered before on Prime time but it is very few I cant even think of one off the top of my head Can you?

Giants are coming off a bad loss at home,  i never like the giants as a favorite at home,  getting points on the road is another mater ,

just from memory they come up big in this spot . if you can win in Foxboro  you can certainly win against a Saints team who is just a memory of the team they were a few years ago .

laying  over a TD i think most of the people in this forum are taking new orleans because of this . we will see how smart this is

You can't pull stats about Giants winning in prime time and not compare them vs stats of Saints at home in prime time.  It is not a vacuum there are other factors.  You do have one side of the equation down, the other needs to be analysed.  Once you look at the numbers of the Saints at home in prime time you might see that the game is better as a no play.

However, 7.5 points is a lot in the NFL and you will have a good chance to win. good luck, except I hate the Giants and they are trending down like always this time of year.

Primetime is something that has been built up by the media and networks like i said before years ago some teams never appeared on monday night and their game were not shown nationally .on sunday    this is when  Primetime as billed by the media meant something

there was no ESPN,  NFL NETWORK RED ZONE  NFL TICKET  satellite dishes  .

MONDAY NIGHT SUNDAY NIGHT THURSDAY NIGHT SATURDAY NIGHT  .

Every TD by every team can be seen 24 hrs a day somewhere

so the people are saying the Giants are nervous cause its so called  Primetime and people are watching,  should re think putting this in to capping these games .
